His victory wasn’t a shocker for those who had been following his game. There were plenty of pros who backed Sinner and recognized his greatness early on. However, Sinner has had his ups and downs lately, which caused a handful of pros to question whether Sinner has what it takes to be great. Seems as if he proved his doubters wrong with his incredible win.

out of all the top players, sinner is one of, if not the most well-liked guys on tour-both inside and outside the locker room. he’s come a long way and yes there were doubters at times, but no one with common sense ever really thought he’d never fully break through. there’s no point in trying to make drama where there’s none
