Yes, it's really great.! Phil allowing his son to do what he wants to do. And what do you know he wants to make music and wanted to get good at drumming. I know that very passion and achieved that goal too. Also great that they get to perform together for a bit of time, for them and for us.! We're all gonna die, but it is fuggen Hard to take the slow decline, decay, painful degeneration, malfunction, PAIN, and eventual total loss of and death of the body...eh.! Phil's voice sounds as great as ever, if not better. I hate that he's suffering from back problems and mobility issues, but he still soars when he sings.

@@dannydorko7075 Agreed. I saw Genesis in Oct 2021 and his voice is certainly not what it was. Also, his general health had deteriorated since this clip. Here, he walks with the aid of a stick, but when I saw him he needed a zimmer frame. Sad to see such a rapid decline in health.
We all know that Phil needs to be on the road, cause that's what is keeping him going and besides that, he got a chance to make it right with his son because of his músic. As much painful as It is to see him sick, it's also a relief to see his effort and his will to live shining through all the struggles. Só hats off to Mr Phil Collins

There is something so fulfilling about performing with your children (!Mr Collins has been one of my greatest inspirations, and my children grew up listening to his music constantly with me). As a a person who very much followed in his footsteps as a pianist/vocalist/percussionist, composer and educator, I cannot thank him enough for the range of his work. Even dealing with issues in life that interrupt our ability to do things exactly the way we used to, we can still use music to reach across every barrier. When simple words aren’t enough, the music is always there…as long as we learn to share and listen. Wishing you many more years of creative sharing and praying for comfort in the process. I truly believe that the sense of humor goes a very long way towards ‘one more night’ of song.

What a master of his craft Phil is. He just sits there on the piano bench casually and belts out superb vocals giving you chills. His Son is very talented as well, proud father Phil must be.
What gets me is phil collins sounds so good live and you can't say that about other musicians and my friends shows he is a rare talent. We are so lucky to have a musician this talented in our lifetime.

Heartbreaking it may well be, but infinitely better anyway with Phil still battling on and backed by his fabulous son, than what happened to so many other greats, Collins' peers: Lord, Squire, Peart, Emerson, Lake, Wetton, Holdsworth, Bardens, Way or Powell, no longer with us.

When I first discovered Phil Collins/Genesis in 1984, it was the Mama album, but soon I purchased Face Value and Hello, I Must be Going and wore them out on my turntable. This song, was very poignant at the time, because as a teen, my heart had just been broken for the first time, and I would play this song, as well as "If Leaving Me is Easy" over and over again... Love hearing Phil sing, and glad to see his son with him.
Mama was a song on the ABACAB album at least in the u.s.now I am not sure abroad.

I remember being young in body. And by that I mean, having a younger body. You see, I'm just along for the ride in my 50+yr. old body. I'm still 17 in my head. Aging is a process of having things taken away from you basically. I'd like to think that Phil Collins still has lots of songs within him. Every door closed leads to another one opening. And Nic smokes on the drums like his dad. That was beautiful. Even a simple song like that is not easy to play. The talent is genetic. I'm going to be crushed when Phil passes, he's only 72, I hope it's still a long time off. He can barely walk, but he can still sing, and he's still funny. He's had an amazing career, being a major part of THE best prog rock band, one of the best drummers in the world, thrust to the front as a singer, and a very good one. His oldest son Simon is the best Genesis cover singer, sounding so much like Phil, and he also smokes on the drums like his old man.
