That another thought, a lot of main guys on teams get 7,8 pens a year or more, that helps the confidence of players. How did the Ref miss that? Why did it take so long to tell the ref to go take a look? If Young had not raised hell would they have given it? These decisions should be all sent to a CENTRAL LOCATION, where multiple Games are seen all at once and any Pen decision is made by THEM via a 10 man committee. Not the on field guy who doesn't "REALLY" want to overrule himself, and his LAD in the Stadium who doesn't want to say his partner ref has made a bad decision.
Good point in the end, but we still need more intensity and more chances created throughout the game. And our passing accuracy and the quality of our crosses must also get better in this run-in.

Conspiracy re prolonged decision to give a penalty. Can imagine ref saying "what penalty, oh ok Ill check the screen if you like" Very poor. But you can tell the confidence is being sapped away. Dyche will have a hard time picking them up even after this draw. They must win this weekend.

How do you get a team of no hopers to go out and show some guts on the field when you have a second rate manager who talks a load of idiotic rubbish after every game.
