We are honoured to host a very special episode of Game of 5s. His Royal Highness Prince William, along with Harry Kane and Declan Rice join host Kelvyn Quagraine to share some of their most significant football memories. From £5 goal bonuses to Euro heartbreak, we cover the full range of highs and lows of football life. This film aims to show that we can all face challenges to our mental health, from those at the top of their game to the fans in the terraces.
But through shared interests and common ground, speaking about it doesn’t have to be difficult or lonely - it can be an everyday topic that we talk openly about in our day to day lives. This has been the ethos behind Prince William’s work with The Royal Foundation of The Prince and Princess of Wales to change the conversation on mental health and ensure that support is available to everyone that needs it and is the reason he took part in the show.

  • The problem is not that mental health isn't discussed - it's discussed endlessly these days - but that unless you're a person of means, you can't access the right sort of help when it's needed. Huge waiting lines, over-burdened services and staff etc. It's the same in many countries too. That is what needs working on.

    • Thank goodness he married a woman from a normal household. Family unit, sitting around in their pj's on a Sunday eating cereal watching tv, no staff, no wearing a tie to dinner etc. The Middletons taught him normality I think. Best thing ever, it was great prep for him being a hands on connected dad.

  • I love all the people judging Prince William, like, have you looked in a mirror lately? He can't help that he's royalty, but he's worked hard and stayed humble and done I think the best job you can do in such circumstances. People are quick to judge others, and I'm gonna guess they aren't perfect themselves.

  • William really is a leader. Right through his Eaton days at his darkest moments in 1997. Which I had to go through the same thing a year later 2 weeks after my 15 birthday when my mum died when she committed suicide in 1998.

  • Maaf jika ketika melihat sejarah Palestina mengingatkan saya pada kedua orang tua saya yang sudah meninggal di tahun 2000, saya baru tersadar mengapa di bulan Juli 2021 saya mendapatkan gangguan seperti suara suara yang berdialog selama 24 jam, ya walaupun sekarang sudah jauh lebih berkurang gangguannya tapi saya berharap bisa seratus persen normal seperti dulu lagi karena sangat mengganggu konsentrasi dan pikiran, Juli 2021 tepat saya berusia 40 tahun saya ingat ketika mendoakan Almarhum Bapak saya dengan membaca surat Yasin 40 kali selama semalam sampai menjelang pagi, entah ketika selesai ketika hendak berdoa ada pikiran atau suara yang merekomendasikan untuk meminta Pangeran William menjadi pasangan, karena selama proses berdoa dengan membaca surat Yasin itu terkadang teringat dengan Pangeran William yang berjiwa dermawan mau berempati bagaimana rasanya menjadi tunawisma walaupun hanya sehari, mungkin itu mungkin malaikat yang dulu menyaksikan saya berdoa seperti itu menuntut untuk memberitahukan kepada Pangeran William karena waktu itu karena sudah lama menjadi tidak ingat sama sekali, itu adalah doa penutup karena didepannya doa sepenuhnya untuk almarhum Bapak saya, demikian Pangeran William harap Pangeran William memaafkan atau memakluminya, terima kasih.
