This movie is the one person kind. You cant really watch it with your friends cause it will get too boring. Its like that one on one movie. You get a cup of Joe, open up the window and watch the whole film. Not caring what anyone thinks. Crying when they are smiling, and weeping when they are crying. And not worrying that it is too quiet. Watch it when you are alone. :)

I saw this in the movie theater with the dude I was dating. We went during the day. There was only 2 women watching it with us. We all were bawling..the dude too.😹. I bought this on dvd the day it came out. Its a tie between The Choice, the Notebook and Safe Haven for my favorite.

I just can describe this movie with words... It was unexpected realistic but had this terrific wonderful end! As a romantic movie superfan and a Nicholas Sparks fan I believe it is the BEST movie I have ever seen in my entire life. And believe me I am not exaggerating... Just WATCH it💜

Anyone who is looking for a really good movie that will keep you hanging on til the last scene will love this too! Nicholas Sparks is a wonderful author! I love his books and movies.

This was such a great movie, and I love that they went with all (mostly) unknown actors for the starring roles. Each of them was fabulous in their own right.
How brilliant ! Everything about the movie was marvelous . The ending was pretty much unpredictable , with that being sad the storyline was heartbreaking . Real love never dies .

Hands down the best Movie .The guy who plays Travis does an awesome job . Never seen him play in anything before but he should gotten an Oscar for his role in this movie ,he did a fantastic job . I just finished reading the book. Tho I skipped some parts where she was cheating on her boyfriend. (I was actually planning to stop reading already until I flipped the pages to the last chapters where I found the real masterpiece.) The time skip where she and Travis got married and have kids was beautifully written. I cried at that part. If they just met and fell in love at the right time I would have loved their lovestory so much. But love is not an excuse for cheating. I didnt like that part so much. I didnt know why it had to be like that and the cheating part was just ignored too and was not discussed. Anyways I love the ending of the book. So beautiful.

To me that's what makes the story feel real because not everybody falls in love at the right time sometimes you meet the person and it's not the best time But does that make that love any less Real or tangible I think that's why I like Nicholas Sparks so much, its the fact that he puts such realism into his stories, his stories don't always have the easiest path or the happiest of endings but they're real They depict the very real situation of some people's lives It's not a fairy tale of always meeting the love of your life in the most perfect way I rambled a little bit but I hope I got my point across

I truly love this movie! Each character had depth and detail and heart. The family unit was strong, just as they were 1 on 1… Benj Walker stole my heart. So talented and versatile. And the location is perfect. Southern charm at its best 😊 The script was right on the dot, precise. Nicholas Sparks did it again. I believe that this is an instant classic.

I loved the movie. I thought it was great. I can't wait to get it on DVD I enjoyed it so much. If you don't like movie than don't watch it again. Simple as that. You watched it didn't like it and don't have to watch it again. Move on. Let us who did enjoy it like it without you having to bash it. Everybody says cheesy things. Sometimes it's the cheesy little things you end up loving about someone.

I have read every single book by mr.nicholas sparks and loved them all, I actually own them all. I have seen/own every book turned movie and have never been disappointed. This was the best by far. Theresa Palmer was perfect, She is absolutely gorgeous, Benjamin Walker is a very attractive man and played the role very well. Overall 5 out of 5
