He’s Belgian and in Belgium they speak French. In French they do not pronounce the ‘t’ and the ‘i’ they pronounce it as an ‘o’ when saying Vincent. The ‘e’ they pronounce it more as ‘eh’, hence, Vonsonn. Even his parents will call Vincent as ‘Vonsonn’. Complicated I know but every French guy I know here in the South of France called Vincent, I call him, ‘Vonsonn’. So even ‘Vonsonn’ Kompany himself would say the commentator is ‘almost’ right with his pronunciation. UTC
@@MonteCarloGaz Vincent is Belgian - the commentator isn't!. Even Vincent himself says he's happy with 'Vinnie'. Calling him Vansan is pretentious IMO
@@TheSgtBanjoI was just trying to explain how it’s pronounced in French. But yeah you’re right, it does sound strange on a UK feed but quite normal to me, as I’ve live in the South of France for the last 11 years. Anyhow how ever you pronounce it he’s made a magnificent start. UTC

Vitinho at fault for both goals looking back at it, for the first he loses the ball VERY high up the pitch so Wiles finds himself in acres of space for the header. Definitely not his day.
Yea maybe Burnley should have Lowts back
THB should have passed his man on and picked up Wiles also. A few mistakes in that one.
1st goal the whole defensive shape was out. Vitinho lost the ball, then wasnt back to mark the scorer. Maatsen was too high up to let the cross in and both CBs dragged to the 1 man front post... luckily we made up for it in attack and it made the game entertaining!
