I have the same problem here. When I leave for 20 minutes I play all sorts of anti-rat/anti-mice sounds and I hear "him" but he won't leave. Sadly my cat has passed away over a year ago and then it started... . I also have tried traps and everything. There's only one solution: Be like Rambo!
