By reversing the current and sending the alternated current threw a trewnobil device ,or stored copasater you can then rout extra power to the back up battery's that would keep you in flight,then when those battery's get low the main baterys switch on and take over while the back up battery's are being recharged ,DUghh

- The big ones and high flying ones, for sure. But low altitude or hover vehicles might not need a pilot's license. However, there might be a need to develop a whole new category for licensing. One problem for smaller vehicles that are not too far off the ground, I suspect will be how to quickly brake in an emergency.

- Not an airplane license and not a car license … there will have to be a new class of license. … of course, if it is autonomous, then there may not be a need for any licenses at all.
