I was born in ‘89 but grew up listening to music from the 50s-80s and particularly fell in love with the 70s disco era. I consider myself eclectic and love and listen to EVERY genre of music bc music just speaks to my soul and bc of my parents/older brother influence. My mom and dad were immigrants and she loved disco so much. I accidentally stumbled across this song this evening on my drive home from work as it popped up on an auto-curated playlist by Apple and I SCREAMED almost in tears because I had been looking for this song my whole life and I just remembered the melody from when I was a small child, but not the words. It’s like you find something you forgot you were even looking for because you had given up trying to find it!!! Music is POWERFUL and has so many memories and feelings attached to it. This brought me straight back to my childhood and those fun music-filled car rides with mom. This is a classic, timeless piece!! I was so excited I got home and had my 13 and 4 year old sons listen and jam to it with me. I love sharing old music with my kids bc they need to know what REAL MUSIC is!!!! My heart is still racing like it was when I was a child!! ❤️❤️❤️ Beegees are just those One of a kind/ once in a lifetime artists, may their impact on music live on forever!!
