Another fine job, I agree on the Turbo head. I have paths and driveway and in spring plus after major ongoing rain issues combined with humidity, to clean those concrete areas I have found the Turbo head moves the dirt and mould a lot quicker , Cheers from Australia 🇦🇺🇦🇺🦘👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼
Another great transformation! Wishing you good health, happiness, and MORE subscribers in 2024!
Those tiles be smiling Nick 😆. Tough job to be sure. Wishing you and yours a Merry Christmas and a Happy 2024. Hope your time away regenerates you. 😉.
Loved the relaxing music. Loved the cleaning. Loved the care. ❤
Thanks so much scottygirl 😊, see you next year 💕
Another nice job. Glad to see you using tarps to make clean up easier! But if I was the owner I'd have you do the front under the panels.
yeah, I was surprised the owner never got that small strip in front of the panels along the roof edge done.
Great job! They also need to have their brick work cleaned…maybe next year! Have a great holiday and see you soon.
The roofs you clean always look so nice when you are through. The houses are the envy of the neighborhood after you work your magic. I hope you have a Happy Christmas and the very best New Year ever. Until next time, take care!
Have a wonderful Christmas Nick, with friends and family
Another job well done. Its really satisfying to see the before and after shots.Take good care of yourself.See you in February then.
Merry Christmas Nick & Family - Thanks for a year of great content, enjoy some time off Mate 🎄
Thank you for a year of great videos and wishing you the best for 2024.
Another awesome job! Have a Merry Christmas and happy new year. Have a great 6 weeks off…
Nick, what a transformation, I bet they were delighted with the end result. Hope you and the family have a great christmas and you have a relaxing few days off at some point. Thanks very much for the upload :)
Yeah, using a rotary tip gives you a 20° spray off center, 360°, versus a straight line spray pattern on the "usual" pressure washer tips. Massively more effective at hitting the surface from every angle to ensure a thorough cleaning! I use a rotary tip when pressure washing house siding. It's saves SO much time. Great cleanup, Nick! Those tiles look fantastic. Superhuman effort.
Hi Nick great job on that mossy roof some years worth on that always a pleasure to watch your video's Nick ! Merry Christmas & here's to another successful new year 👍🍻☃⛄

Hi Nick ☺️ that looked like a heck of a job and very tiring. Don't blame you at all for stopping filming you didn't need the hassle at that point. Roof looks wonderful and the customers should be very happy (if not direct them my way as the day I have had I am happy to tell them how wonderful it was 😂). I hope you and you family have a wonderful, healthy and Happy Christmas and New Year and that next year is as prosperous as it can possibly be for you. Love and hugs from opp norf xx 🤗🤗

Brilliant work. I have gained a lot of knowledge from your videos. Cheers!

It's good you have the video to show the homeowners the damage was already there! Nice work! Merry Christmas! ❤
Thanks so much 😍
Amazing! Such a difference 🙂👍👏🇨🇵
Looks great
You did an AWESOME JOB cleaning homeowner's roof! 👍🏼😁 Keep up the good work and Wish you a MERRY CHRISTMAS AND HAPPY NEW YEAR for 12/25/23 🎄🎅🏼🤶🏼☃️🌟 From Missouri, USA 🇺🇲
Just watched this again Nick, well worth it! Going back to work doesn't give me much time to catch up. I can certainly see why you use the wand, as opposed to surface cleaner. (Different video, but you get my drift with those cement tiles!) Anyway, more importantly spectacular job as always dear boy! I want to send Merry Christmas blessings to you and yours Nick! May this New year bring you health, joy and happiness! From Texas loads of huge hugs! 😊
Happy holidays Nick, have a well deserved rest! :)
Merry Christmas Nick 😊
Same to you Valeri 🥰
Hello Sir Nick. A very Happy Christmas to you and the family. The roof came out very well. I think the higher you were standing to reach over, helped quite a bit, yes? It looks really nice.
Thanks very much Jeremy, happy holidays mate 🙂
Another amazing transformation Nick you deserve a break its been a full on year for you, Happy Christmas to you and your family, catch you next year.
Hey another top job boss that was a lot of moss lol 😂👍👌hope you and your family have a good xmas and I will catch you in the new year 👍take it easy brother 👍👍💪

Merry Christmas and a Happy New year Nick thanks for all the year long videos
Great video not seen many from you recently
Merry Christmas to you and your family! May the new years bring you many blessings!🎄🎉
Fair play Mate, you are a grafter. Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year to you and all the family. ATB. Reeco
Great to hear why you use the turbo. Have you ever had a customer complain that you have caused a leak, and if so how did you resolve the issue? I'm considering quoting for my first roof scrape and concerned I could get the blame for damage. Great job. Have a great Christmas and a prosperous New Year.
Вы большой труженник! Будьте здоровы!
Awesome
Cheers Fug 💕
Great job. Merry Christmas and Happy New Year to you as well.
Same to you Josh 😍

Nice 👍 preferences... Dual turbo nozzle??? 🚿🚿
That was a truly caked on roof. But as usual, you make it look like new. And even cleaned the solar panels. Great job, Nick. Wishing you and yours a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year. 🎄🥂
Happy Christmas and a great and good new year 😊
Happy holidays!
Nick have a great Christmas, will look forward to more great videos next year.
Hey mate, many thanks Andrew, same to you, thanks too for your continued support of my channel ❤️
Nick, another fabulous job completed. From my family to yours, Merry Christmas and Happy New Year. 🎄🥂
Thank you so much Denise. I'm so sorry for my lack of response, or to even thank you, I shut down for Christmas, and just stopped looking at all social media. I hope you don't think I was being rude. I hope you had a lovely Xmas and new year. Many thanks again, Nick 💕
@@PrestigeExternalCleaning I would never think you rude. Glad you shut down for the holidays. Everyone needs a break from social media!!! Especially to spend time with family. Hope your holidays were great. 👍🏼
Ya I noticed them lol
Another top job👍 Merry Christmas pal
Thanks Dave, same to you mate 👍👍
New subscriber. Thanks for the Videos.
Welcome on board mate 👍
Awesome end of the year, Nick, thank you! I wish you a great free time 😊 How do you store the tarp? If it's that huge and wet, can it be smelly after a long storage time?
I just had a thought. You know how you clean everything and then you go back and do a hypo spray? Wouldn't it be cool if you came up with some kind of a switch that would change the source feeding your nozzle from water to the chemical solution without you having to go up and down. Probably something like that already exists but I don't remember seeing it. You work really hard and I'm hoping maybe this is something to lighten your work a bit. ❤ Michigan USA
Well option there would be use the backpack sprayer and have it's line up at level but to turn it on and off is on the pack....
Hi Nick, all I can say is like on any job you've done, you smashed it..... thanks for the great videos and I've learned a lot from watching, look don't be too sad😅 I've picked up a bit of a few others too but look..... I wish your family and you the best Christmas, and an amazing Happy New Year🎉🎉🎉🎉 All the best and look forward to the new videos in the new year, and not to leave out anyone I wish all those like me viewing this and all your other hard working videos the very best Christmas and a Happy New Year🎉🎉🎉🎉 2024 I'm hopeful to be setting up myself doing well on the weight loss and strengthening a bit along the way from the work injury I picked up.....I hope 2024 is a better year for us all. Regards Al
Nice result, good work, A Merry Christmas to you and yours.
Same to you
Merry Christmas and a Happy New year
Same to you! 😍
Happy Christmas and a successful 2024
Many thanks Paul ✊
Those surface cleaners are grand if the roof is not too bad overgrown with moss but with the heavier growth they are useless. Here in Ireland 99% of times we go with turbo nozzles,I personally find twin turbo is the best for the roofs, roofs here usually are really badly overgrown.
That was an interesting observation, that the flat surface cleaners aren't adaptable to different types of tiles. By now, I've seen a range of tile types, so that is a good thought. You live there, in that area, how long would it have taken for the alteration of the tile color and the moss/lichen buildup? (I noted one time on a roof clean that the person seemed pushed to do the clean, not because the moss was a danger to the roof, but because the fall-off into the garden below had become a constant niusance.) The first area became a nice Grime Line contrast with the rest to be done. Someone who hasn't watched roof cleaning before would enjoy this video, because you are explaining things as why you tarp, choices in equipment, how you reach various areas, the shift from "before" to "after", tile condition, etc. A second question, as far as I can see, it looks like there is moss on the top surface of the chimney. Is cleaning chimney surfaces normally included or are there times people don't want it done? Although it is being shown by example, getting the water out of the sludge is a big activity, in weight reduction, volume, etc. Noting, with a chuckle, the splatter on vehicle and scaffold, cleanup is another factor. When you include things as being able to handle the mechanics of the job, as pressurized pumps, etc., there are a huge amound of skills and activities that are behind a job becoming the polished final result. Still thinking. Would an area, as with the solar panels, do o.k. with biocide to keep it maintained? I've wondered about solar panel areas before. It would have been fun to do a great round, and power wash the wood slab siding and the paving. :) Probably the family is on a roll to work on backlog already. Glad you stopped filming so you could manage getting your work done. A beautiful improvement for the area. Best wishes for the Christmas holiday and the New Year.
Fine job. Are there any tiles or stone you can't use SH on?
Nice video! can you explain how you set up your surface cleaner for mos on flat surfaces? I don't know what you can adjust for that..
Meticulous job, as always, Nick👍. Curious to know how you dry out the huge tarpaulin after every job? Merry Christmas🌲⭐️
So kind, thanks Sheila 😍. I don't 😁 it spends most of it's life in a folded up, smelly, damp state 😏
@@PrestigeExternalCleaning 😂
I've watched a few of your videos and to be honest, amazing transformations. The roof on my house has a small patch of moss similar to near the chimney stack on this bungalow you did. I have an extension pole with my pressure washer and have access via my garage roof. So I'm going to remove the moss myself before it takes hold. We're seeing moss on the floor and I've just taken a significant amount of moss from our gutter on that side. What are the name of the products you treat the roof with after? I was thinking moss killer would be suitable afterwards to stop the moss from growing back. Would this be ok?
Why was it so bad? That one was worse than usual! Great job but it must have been a pain!
Looks really good after, 37:48 but did you leave that dark black mossy strip below the solar panels?
No more videos until February 😭 I do enjoy watching your videos Nick! It seems every job has it's unique set of challenges. I meant to suggest/ask before, if you could keep an extra tarp or two smaller ones maybe tucked under the seats of the van. Great job as always and hope you and family, Have a Merry Christmas and Happy New Year! 🎬🎄🎇🎊🎉
The man needs a break. But yes it will be a long break! 😊
@@helenfitch3440 Oh for sure, don't blame him a bit! It will give time for the winter weather to pass, and folks will be ready to clean for spring when he gets back.
@@loisburke5736 yes it is winter there, I forget as we swelter in the high 30 s Celcius. Merry Christmas.
You could use a mower on that one....
Great work as usual Nick. Is that a 21litre per minute washer?
Thanks mate, it is indeed 👍
Hi could you tell me where you buy the turbo nozzle and pole as would like to clean my roof
Wonderful, strenuous transformation. I felt your effort. 2 questions: was the wood siding on that small gable end rotten? It looked bad. Lastly, did you miss cleaning that small area at the bottom of the solar panels? Maybe I missed it if you mentioned it.
The customer asked for that to be left, why I don't know but he has to do what the customer asks...... Bit strange even the bio treatment could have been an option just to spray and leave
@@almilhouse9059 thx for the explanation
Did you use heat on this one
Great job. I have a question: I heard that the moss fills gaps between the tiles, which causes leaks when you remove it. Is this true? Thanks and keep up the good work.
Thanks very much 👍. No that's not true 🙂
What is that passing right side in the sky @ 27:45😊
25:50 Que liquido é esse que passa no final depois de limpo?
