    • that's great but this is for the suffix *R as in CR and HR, example DSL100HR.

    • Crank mids, crank highs, scoop lows. Put gain to max, then lower it until you start to get the scratchy tone. (Generally speaking, exact values vary depending what amp you have.)

    • Some people also say if you put your neck pickup to 50% volume, you should have edge of breakup tone to test you did it right. But personally, I’ve never found it particularly helpful.

  • Great sound. I know you said you have the knobs all set at noon and on the OD2 channel. Does that include the volume knob and gain knob?

  • Got the amp finally a few months back. Great amp. Would be nice to see your settings you have to get the tone. Instead of hearing you play the amp

  • About to get this amp or a jubilee not sure. Bought a les Paul standard. Also have the slash pick ups. I just took out the les Paul might put them in something else. Liked my standard pick Ups better. Got a spark amp and it’s great for practice but I need something louder. Plus I have all these effect pedals i don’t use anymore

    • Go for the jubilee if you can swing it, I like my dsl40cr but my studio jubilee sounds so much better
