Your attention is presented the title track from the album "Phenomenon". The name does not mean the phenomenon of the OTYKEN group or its music, but the manifestation of the spiritual, true light in the heart of every person. In this song, we tried to convey the idea of the soul's desire for the light that we need both in joy and in sorrow. We sing when we are sad and when we have fun. Human life is dynamic and consists of ups and downs. In difficult time, we need support. We are looking for someone to rely on. Sometimes true friends help us, sometimes relatives do. But there are times when we can rely only on ourselves and on the Almighty.

Listen to the new album "Phenomenon”. We tried to make all the tracks as harmonic with each other as possible, created a single atmosphere, sound, style and manner of performance. It was necessary so the album could be listened to in one breath as one continuous story. All songs smoothly flow from one to another. The album "Phenomenon" exquisitely combines modern genres of EDM, Rock, Pop, Techno, R&B with ethnic musical instruments, traditions and vocals of the indigenous peoples of Siberia. This music is for dancing, meditation, for the soul and vivid impressions.
OTYKEN group consists of many indigenous and small peoples of Siberia: Chulyms, Kets, Selkups, Khakases, Dolgans, Tuvans. This is the only multinational collaboration of indigenous Siberians in the Folk-Pop music genre so far. The culture of the indigenous peoples of Siberia has a close connection with the American natives, the Japanese Ainu and all Turkic peoples.

Например, казино на территориях резерваций (в других местах казино в этих регионах США запрещены), продажи фейерверков и т.д., и т.п.. А еще социальные госпрограммы, квоты на обучение и особые условия для медстраховок. Прекрасно они живут! Только часто ленятся из-за того, что можно нормально жить, даже не работая. А россиянам только в снах о светлом будущем снятся сегодняшние зарплаты индейцев. ))))

My sister who I had been taking care of for the last two years just passed away. On the day after I buried her I began working on an alter in her memory. At that moment this song appeared at the top of my KZhead page. The synchronicity between the meaning in this song and what I was experiencing was a phenomenon. I have listened to this song first thing every day since and all day long. This song and Otyken generally, have really carried and transformed my experience. Bless you Otyken and thank you for the spirit you remind us to live our lives by.

I was searching for my own words to make a comment when I read your comment and you pretty much covered it for me! I haven't been inspired much about music for quite some time and I am finding myself touched heart and soul!
A magnificent example of how it is culture and not conquest that makes a land great!
I only discovered this band/group after KZhead suggested it after watching an MV by the Mongolian band 'The Hu', but I think Otyken are wonderful and it so great to see another culture, enjoy their traditional music, wonderful costumes and fantastic scenery. I've now viewed most of their high quality and fun MVs. Love from the UK!

I can't stop listening to this song because it evokes so much power in my soul. The beating of the heart became one with voice and music, and it feels so personal. I'm enraptured. Wow! I am - once again - diving deep into 'folk-music'. And this time around, not only the old Scandinavian/Norse music, from my heritage...but have realized - as I've finally been able to experience that there is something beautiful to be found in all traditional folk-music! (This time around there's the internet, overflowing with amazing music from all corners of our world!). I really loved this one - and, just as in most folk-music it's loaded with meaning (sometimes culture-specific, sometimes universal). And, just look at their instruments! Marvelous! (BUT PLEASE - tell me that the drummer didn't play with those 'sling-like' things, as opposed to some kind of 'sticks'.....that...well, that just cannot be done. Or can it?). And then there's their traditional costumes - absolutely beautiful! And the female lead-singer - she's absolutely beautiful, she has eyes you could just drown in and moves in a way that's just mesmerizing, and seductive. (No offence - it is nothing but a compliment!). We must make sure we don't lose all of our planet's unique cultural expressions! I really hope that you'll be able to hit the 'Western' market - 'cause there's a true revival in "pagan", traditional music at the moment. I wish you all the best! Greetings from Sweden!
