I wish I had learned all of this around 50 years ago, lol. Thanks for all of the info.
Thank you. I like your info 😊
Question for you! Is it better to brush your teeth first thing (i.e. before eating breakfast), or after breakfast? My husband have different views on this. :)
An alternative to using mints to freshen your breath is swirl a small amount of minty toothpaste :) As a mint addict I find this helps a lot.
This past 9 months I have been really depressed and not looked after my teeth. I am so anxious now. I have a wobbly tooth and I am fortunate to have the money to fix it. I'm just really anxious about it. I thank you for your videos - from Melbourne Australia 🇦🇺 🙏 ❤️ ♥️
I can sympathise. I struggle with depression and have never taken the best care of my teeth just from lack of energy or motivation. Now at 36 the clock has caught up with me and I've had 3 crowns done in a year after spending the majority of my life with no cavities.
@30roundclipazine79 Me too! I had perfect teeth and then mental health issues resulting in poor dental care. I have gone and got it fixed now and I feel so much better! I totally empathise. Hopefully you're getting to the dentist too.
@@adelepattonxxx I am. Glad to hear that you got sorted out!
Hello everyone !! You don’t have to find it difficult to get rid of bad breath disease. There’s herbalist doctor who can cure you permanently from this bad breath disease with natural herbal medicine and natural diet. I was able to cure my bad breath disease with #drauchi herbal medicine…😘😘😘
Do you know about using hydroxyapatite for remineralizing the teeth?
I need more! How about replacing old cavities. Why? How often? What's better the old mercury or tooth color? Do u have to brush the roof of ur mouth? What to do if ur teeth shift after braces? What happens if u use ur teeth on those little plastic balls from the quarter machine? If a tooth chips What do u do? Why do people always say buy Clove oil if u get dental work?
I messed up one time and brushed my teeth real hard and it gave me an infection man it sucked
I was advised by a family friend to have my molars removed so that when my wisdoms grow out, I will not experience pain and will decrease my chances of crooked teeth. At the time, I thought it was a great idea because my teeth aren't crooked, and my wisdom just popped out with too much pain, but when I recently visited my dentist, she that it was a bad idea.🎉
Florida in tooth paste is ok but the Federal Government said drinking it is very bad and ordered it removed from all the water supplies! Check it out! Oh and yes at 72 I have been through hard soft medium and all the above, it seems like a lot of times the medical profession needs to do more research and make up their mind, like I remember when milk and eggs were bad for your health! Oh and do you have a video about gum recession???
Definitely go with the soft bristles and be gentle when you're brushing your teeth. I don't have a video about gum recession, but I'll definitely keep this in mind for future videos.
I have heard that using mouthwash after toothpaste washes away the fluoride, which should be sitting on the teeth for 30mins. Do you still recommend regular listerine mouthwash after brushing? Is there much benefit to using mouthwash on top of brushing and flossing?
Could this be solved by using mouthwash before brushing?
i use fluoride mouthwash problem solved (:

Thoughts on hydrogen peroxide as a mouthwash everyday? I know someone who uses it everyday for 5 minutes swishes in mouth and never had a cavity and the whitest teeth I’ve ever seen. He’s been doing it for 10 years now.
It would be cool if you could revisit oil pulling after doing more research. I'm no expert on it either, but it doesn't seem like you really looked into it before debunking it.
How about K2
can enamel heal ?
Sometimes I use medium and sometimes I use soft.
Pls reply i'm 28 yrs nd i hve deep cavities in both my third molar teeth im thinking of removing them..will it effect other tooth or will there be any concequences

what is oil pulling?
When you swish coconut oil around for 30 mins. It supposedly removes the toxins from your mouth and strengthens the teeth
You didn’t mention tonsil stones as a problem that causes foul-smelling breath.
How about hydroxyapatite & xylitol?
interesting that this isn't recommended at all..
Brushing too hard took all my enamel off and eventually ruined my teeth
Use a different tooth paste. There are toothpastes that rebuild enamel.
Make sure you use a soft bristled tooth brush, toothpaste with fluoride and watch this video to learn how to clean your teeth without doing harm: kzhead.info/sun/m9OwqplxjWppZHA/bejne.html

@@Dr.BrettLangston I'm a 1950's child where fluoride was thought to be the best thing since ice cream. Sparklett's water with fluoride was a thing. Then, studies came out that said fluoride was bad for the teeth and impacts health. So, now when I see fluoride in toothpaste, I avoid it. Have you any idea of these studies and is fluoride only dangerous when in water?
quitting fluoride was the #1 best thing i did for my teeth. my sensitivity, which was debilitating, is GONE and has been for the past few years since my switch off of it. the dentists i went to recommended an even stronger fluoride toothpaste to help with my sensitivity, but when i saw it made it WORSE, i stopped cold turkey and wow i'm so glad i did!!
Baking soda best Or non fluoride too
Probiotic toothpaste can help. In fact it's the future of toothpaste.
There is bad bad stuff in fluoride. I stopped using it about 3 years ago, of course after the damage was done. I brush with xylotol now..
My Pa taught me how to use possum grease put down on my tooths before bed to prevent decay. It really works 'cause he had all of his tooths until he was around 34. Bitin' off a plug of chaw heps too.
We recommend using the methods we shared in this video to keep your mouth healthy. Here's another video that may help with toothcare: kzhead.info/sun/m9OwqplxjWppZHA/bejne.html
Are your videos aimed at old people? I think that disclosure would be valuable.
Too much fluoride is not good!!!
Are you joking??
@@adelepattonxxx its a dam fact
@shafserious2805 Too much water is bad, too. And ..... It is "it's" - by the way and "damn" - I would listen to you if I understood your spelling or grammar.
@shafserious2805 I would listen to the doctor.
@@adelepattonxxx course u would
