But she is not a sprinter.
@@jonjap8363 part of the long distance training to know how much juice you have left on the 1500 to sprinter home. .
For any distance swimmer, 200s are sprints, 400/500 are middle distance.
@@jonjap8363 But you need training in sprint distance 200 to sprint the last 100-200 home in long distance.. 😉
