That was Dude Perfects footage. The underwater footage must have sucked but on their channel it appears they still used the video from that camera, just not under water from what I can remember from it.

i think some people struggle to reel because it’s a right handed reel, i cant imagine how hard it is to reel with your non dominant hand WITH a 1000lb fish on the end
These are nowhere near a bill, but the big ass fish is the root cause of the problem.
That's why the reel has a drag system, but for some reason they lock the drag up to get the fish in as quick possible, it's more to do with who the strongest man is and nothing to with how to correctly angle a big fish.
