    • @@DataIndependent we're already summarizing and categorizing calls, finding interested parties, etc. We are going to get the sales calls summarized and loaded into our CRM

  • You could also look at open source solutions ? Zapier look for new 'user experiences', but user experiences is what open source are grown from, and targeted at, so Zapier is out of their main league. Why are you excluding all the cool developments in open source AI tools ? All open source alternatives to Zapier already have AI integration and are also working on better and better integration. There's _very_ little Zapier have to offer users, that os can't match for free and with full privacy..
