I think I read somewhere that a pack of wild dogs have a higher kill rate in comparison to many pack/clan/hearding type mammals in that area… I’m surprised they let the cornered hyena go! If it wasn’t based on the plant the hyena was covering under, I’d bet the jackal threw everything off course. “You don’t belong here, Jan!” 🤪 *Jan the Jackal
