BMC looked the classy with a good balance with special paint job.
I really like Cadel Evan's winning bike! Probably my favourite of the lot.
As a fellow Dane, it of course means that "Jonas Wins Yellow"! You came close!
Liked Tadej Colnago bike, sweet. Rates 10. Sagan had very striking green s-works custom in 2019.
The beautiful bikes are the green jersey ones. Worth a video
you were on point with the translation of "jonas vinder gult" but only the translation :D
This year's victory has settled the groupset debate that rages online. You can pick Shimano or SRAM and win the tour, so pick whatever you want because neither will overly aid/deter you from success!
The new Sram Force AXS seem more compromise. Not to mention that it's very closely choked Primoz once in Giro 23
Great video! Now do for Green sprinter bikes haha
Van Vleuten's and Egan Bernal's bikes were the best looking.
Good choices!
The van Vleuten Canyon is on display in the cycling cafe De Proloog in Amerongen in the provincw of Utrecht near the famous Alto the Amerongen. Pretty cool to see!
Wow rim brakes for the win!
Cervelo S5 all day long! 💛
Wiggins' . . . you don't need the additional 's' after the apostrophe. However Wiggins's is NOT incorrect!
It's the man not the machine
No way, it’s a combination of things. All the way down to his dietitian, the chain lube, the tire, the seat, the everything. It takes a million pieces of a puzzle to put it all together. This is with any kids bf of competitive racing of any sorts.
@@Mattytube18 speaks the amateur clearly. 99.999% the man. You're clueless pal. I've won races on what was clearly the shittest bike to line up. Marginal gains don't beat or add up to talent.
@@Mattytube18 And not to forget the tactics.
It's not the man, it's not the machine . . . it's the DRUG!
80 to 90 percents is the man.
Your pronounciation of "Jonas vinder gult" sounded quite good for a non danish speaker mate haha
Wasn’t expecting that! Just the French and English pronunciation to go!
Bernal's or Pog's has to be my favourite, although the shade of yellow of Jonas' is really nice. I know - I was lucky to see it in person in Paris last year!
Good choices! And a cool bike to see!
Nibalis bike is nice, but the old dogmas are 🤌🏻🤌🏻 The frames of the 65.1 is just old school cool. The specialized of nibali was cooler on the decals (and campag)
Wigo & Chris Broom? Despite following the world tour for years those guys slipped through my radar..
THEY ALL RANK 8-9 From ME ,the BMC ,black TARMAC ,EGANS DOGMA ,C60 COLNAGO, WIGGINS DOGMA 65.1& F8, CANYON AERO AND FINALLY JANAS 2023 CERVELO 1X ,those were the 9s the rest were 8s :)
Pinarello, MOST on the Podium!
This is exactly what I wanted to see! Hoping to see my bike on the list 😀👍
Question: Can the Cervelo S5 [ STEM & HANDLEBAR ] fit without much fuss onto a Cervelo R5 ??
no
The wavy fork and seat stay on the Pinarello is just odd. There's nothing Italian elegant about those. WHY???
It translates just like it was said in the video, Jonas wins yellow
And btw, the “d” in “vinder” is silent
I’ve been sceptical on 1x on road bikes but if it works for Vinegarrd and Van Art then maybe it’s good enough for me 😂
We've got a video coming in the next few weeks comparing the two systems, will be interesting to see where compromises have to be made
Yes, it means "Jonas wins yellow "😂
As a Swede, I can positively confirm this.
Phew! Thanks guys!
I'll stick with my 2005 Litespeed Vortex titanium bike with new components. It's only a few grams heavier than a much more expensive carbon fiber bike and it will last forever.
"JONAS VINDER GULT" does indeed translate into "JONAS WINS YELLOW", and yes, you did pronounce in horrendously... A+ for effort
That cervelo didn't take out any stage wins.
Cool to see so many winning Brits. As an American I'm out in the cold, but Brits are kinda weird Americans. So it's kinda like winning for me 😂👍
Couldn't get past your pronunciation of Decals. Also I didn't know Contador was handy with a paint brush.
Türkçe altyazı koysana birader, bizde Tour de France bilgilerini merak ediyoruz.
My friend put this bike together for his son and before I knew it he was done kzhead.infoUgkxHL1v1R3NE5x4KiYfyt8dnQmyNYz7qi5L When the son came to put it together he was surprised to see it was already done. All he had to do was take the bike to get air and be on his way. My friend did not have any major problems putting this bike together; small issue was putting one of the brakes on straight; however when the son got home he was able to fix it. The bike rides well gears move correctly; good bike for the price. Wrote review after the son took the bike. Sorry.
All those ones with the lightweight beautiful rim brakes rather than clunky heavy disc brakes beat all the later ones. 👍
What's a 10 out of 10 bike according to Tass? Does it even exist?
We’re yet to find it!
You guys were generous. Every bike is 2. If the color scheme is not outright garrish, it's ridiculously busy and out of place. Nothing flows. Nothing matches. Nothing goes with anything else. It's as if they got drunk and simply slathered stickers on.
Stop the sensationalism of 1x. He only used it for stages it suited. 2x for the crucial tt and high mountain stages 🤷♂️and no 2018 and 2019 rimbrakes were still being used by the majority.
Yep 12 speed 1x will always either leave big gaps in between gears or a lack of range, that’s simple maths. Big gear gaps are totally not acceptable for a pro rider, but a smaller range is fine on stages with only small ascents. I know Jumbo stated that 1x is more aerodynamic? It would definitely be lighter especially with modern bulky front derailleur designs (with batteries).
no. Pogacar run last time trial in the uphill section on a rimbrake colnago v3rs.
Why do I disagree with everything your for? 😮
Which bike "won"?
It's 'YUMBO' not JUMBO It's not pronounced the way it's spelt!
Yes, your danish was very bad.. LOL .. but that´s ok . We have become used to the fact that "no one" can pronounce Vingegaard correctly, unless you are Dane or Norwegian . Not Even googlepronounce kan do it . There is a melodi and no one gets it.Fluent Danish is impossible, for non-natives. And we love it .. Peace 😀
"Where's Bruce Forsyth when you need him?", yeah he's dead.
Alright my love, it wasn't Bruce who was famous for saying SEVEN, that would be Len Goodman. Both now sadly brown bread.
Ah! We may have spent too much time watching bike racing and not strictly…
@@roadcc glad you have got your priorities right!
It's crazy how much lighter, more aerodynamic and faster bikes were 10 years ago. One of the only industries going backwards with technology. It is obvious with Geraint Thomas, Egan Bernal and Tadej Pogacar winning in 2018, 2019, and 2020 respectively when disc brakes dominated the peloton. It is obvious they had to phase rim brakes out because they offer a distinctive performance advantage.
@@Michael-fi6ve Who says I'm old? Chances are I'm younger than you....
@@Michael-fi6vedisc brakes are Ed hardy of cycling
@@oreocarlton3343discs were pushed by manufacturers because it made it easier to manufacture rims without a brake surface (putting the onus on a different sector of the industry.) Then they slapped a huge metal disc in the centre and destroyed any aero gains. I have discs, don’t like ‘em, but we’re kinda stuck.
@@independentmind1977 I wouldnt say its about the rims, but about selling an entirely new frame and wheels thus increasing the enitre ammount of sales. Nothing is modular once you optimize the system for discs and everything old becomes obsolete, electronic groups love them or hate them provide a choice and dont require a specific frame, same with other new technology that are modular to previous ones
Move on😂
