For the sweet berry farm. Butchers last trade is an emerald for a 12 sweet berries. You can make a butcher trading farm, get them down to 1 sweet berry per trade and you basically have an unlimited emerald farm. The sweet berry farms produce so many so quick.

Not if they are escaping... my chicken git escaped 2 whole days ago and I don't get it in. I have tried even stuff like seeds to trap them, but armor stands are easier to place

Another good option against phantoms is bamboo. It grows in super eratic way that they can neither path through nor fly though. They basically cannot land hits in even a fairly low density bamboo farm.

If your on xbox you can get the cave update early by going to xbox insider hub enroll to minecraft delete then reinstall and if the starting text says Minecraft Beta instead of Mojang you can get dripstone moss drip blocks etc. You also have to got to experimental gameplay and turn on Caves and Cliffs.

at least you can play cross platform. im stuck playing java by myself because i have no java friends but i can play with my brother and friends with bedrock, so they both are good. you can also use commands for the detectors.

@@jakg4 not any more with geyser MC you can host java servers that allow bedrock connections although some parts are still janky like enchanting tables and non full blocks sometime having odd collisions boat on ice can be funky but normal gameplay is pretty damn fine i usually use it so i can connect to my server from my phone to check on farms and stuff. granted you will need to be rather tech savy to set up a dedicated java server on your own but its really satisfying to be able to play across all platforms
Beautiful concept. Why not a update for different foods and pies, like sweet berry pie and apple pie, even a chicken pot pie. Maybe give more use to sugar and make different sweets, more stews using beef and porkchops. Honestly, I think that type of update is well deserved

for anyone out there that wants really, REALLY easy music discs. Lead a creeper into a boat, afterwards lead a skeleton into there aswell. Next position yourself in front on creeper while skeleton unleashes its barrage of arrows into it :)

I remember the old old school player detectors: arrow on top of 2 blocks, one going up and down and one with a wooden pressure plate. Redstone only used to activate within a certain distance from any player input, so as soon as a player went near- Boom redstone clock activated

If you don't find a mansion you can also use a Zoglin instead of a vindicator to kill your animals in the farm. For those who don't know a Zoglin is the zombified version of the Hoglin which spawns once a Hoglin enters the overworld. They may be bigger than the vindicator, but do the same work. You can also distract them with armor stands to get to the loot since these mobs also attack them
6:53 You could set up a Daylight Sensor with a dispenser that has lava, so kills the chicken, and then when it is day time, you can also set up a separate Daylight Sensor with another separate dispenser so it spawns the chicken back, putting the 🦊 back to work.

Sweet berries are actually really useful! You can get emeralds easily with a big fox-powered berry farm and a couple of butcher villagers.

I play on hard mode specifically for villager zombification so i never change the difficulty, and i fought the wither originally on hard. Omg its so much easier on normal bc then at least not every skull gives wither effect
Sweetberries are not a very good food source, but they are ok early game as you can Harvest them quite easily. Better to to make a Fox Powered Sweetberry/Bonemeal Farm for growing tons of Crops. And Rabbits like Golden Carrots just as much as regular Carrots, so you can just use the ones that you normally carry in your inventory when you can get enough access to Gold later on.
They should make it so you can attach rope directly to fences in 1.17. Building rope bridges between mountains more easily would be cool.

These videos are great and all but just remember that the way you used in terms of building and the number of resources required to meet the quota of the better use of these mobs included in the video is out of the degree as perhaps only a small amount of real madlads (unlike the uploader of this video) to easily do this kind of methods.
