Dude should have sleeve guards on and notice dude picking out the holes and picking up the donuts bare handed.. health inspector should have a field day with that one.. I’ve worked in food processing before and that would not fly anywhere that I worked.. I mean you’re supposed to dip your gloved hands in a bucket of sanitizing liquid every 15 minutes when handing food.. or atleast that was the practice in any plant I was at.

So he sold his bakery, moved across the country, and worked for about two months before he quit. He said he'd rather not bake at all than make the crap they put out. He never went back to baking. In addition, in a lot of food factories, you simply do not have the time to wash your hands as often as you'd like people to (if they wash it often, itll be a quick dip and not the >20 sec scrubs) . Ideally, for me, people would wash their hands before putting on gloves, then knowing to change out their gloves as often as they would wash their hands.

The color of this dough is amazing and beautiful. I like it.
My dad owned his own bakery for years, then got offered a job at one of these factories, making more money than he could on his own. So he sold his bakery, moved across the country, and worked for about two months before he quit. He said he'd rather not bake at all than make the crap they put out. He never went back to baking. It cost too much to start over, and he wouldn't work any place he couldn't be proud of. It was one of the biggest mistakes of his life.
I like the fact that he has integrity that gets you more place in life than you can imagine

@whyhellothere6855 I wash my hands very diligently, but I have sweating palms. I don't think you'd like me making your food with my bare hands. In addition, in a lot of food factories, you simply do not have the time to wash your hands as often as you'd like people to (if they wash it often, itll be a quick dip and not the >20 sec scrubs) . Ideally, for me, people would wash their hands before putting on gloves, then knowing to change out their gloves as often as they would wash their hands.
