  • After watching these videos for about a year now, it’s very hard to watch Martha, Ina, Nigella, Sara M, or any chef cook. This couple is better than any French, Italian, American or any chef. And it just goes to show that you don’t need any fancy cookware or gadgets to prepare these marvelous meals. Michelin stars mean nothing.

Где несмотря на отсутствие каких то городских условий и современной бытовой техники и посуды у хозяйки получаются великолепные блюда, потому что она умеет готовить и чувствует когда и сколько продуктов положить! In Ukraine, baklava is sold by people from Asia, it is very tasty. I also cooked, but I made something similar to baklava, because I made my "baklava" from filo store dough(phyllo dough/pasta filo) it also turned out quite tasty and similar to the original. I recommend for the lazy🙈))

  • All the work they do for their food. but it's so worth it in the end. I love how he always makes the tea. Her hands must be leather with how she uses them in hot boiling water and hot frying pans. And they always make a plate for us. Wonderful!

  • They always include the photographer. That's thoughtful. Otherwise he (or she) may be salvitating all over that wonderful looking food. I don't know if they can read these English comments, but I am 75 years old, married 56 years (recently widowed) and I know I have never been able to cook foods like she does. Wish I knew her name.     • Actually, she is a *professional* cook. She and her son own a restaurant which was closed during the pandemic. So her son turned to making videos. He is an amazingly talented filmmaker too. Everything here is a cinematic setup, except for cooking of course. Each and every frame, be it a knife or a kettle, is perfectly visually executed. I don't think they own so many animals and have such large vegetable fields. If they do, then they have an army of helpers. You can't work at a restaurant all day long and milk your cows or tend to your cabbages.
