Was at the top of the game then and still is now. Just goes to show how good Higgins, O'Sullivan and Williams are; still in the Top 16 after 30 years.
John still plays with the same passion and motivation still produces results.. im his fan since his young days.. what a Legend

Probably the most consistent player on the circuit. Won the world championship before either Williams or O'Sullivan, World #1 before either too. BUT, O'Sullivan's the King of this game, and if he'd had the temperament in his youth like he has now, we'd be talking a dozen of each major, and lesser ranking tournaments would be too many to count
