5 Tricks to Win Queen Endgames
It can be very frustrating to play an amazing game and suddenly mess up the queen endgame because your opponent found a stalemate or a perpetual check to save his game. In today's video i show you 5 tricks and tactics you can use to avoid draws and even losing queen endgames vs rooks or vs minor pieces.

  • 5 tricks I learned from this video: 1. Ladder checkmate 2. Trapped knights (in the dim) by rooks 3. Reduce the mobility of the opponent's queen and king, then trap them. 4. Get rid of the pins (sometimes by using the zigzag technique) 5. Create a passed pawn that attarcts the opponent's queen to absolute skewer it

  • 4:19 you made a mistake, if we do Qa3+, then Ra6 is forced. Then after that, Qxa6# ends the game there.
