Für eine Ferienhaus ist ok, zum Wohnen gibt es kein Stauraum, in die Küche zu wenig Arbeitsplatz und von draußen direkt in Wohnzimmer ist nicht so mein Ding.

I don't like the second bathroom. You don't put the shower head almost over the toilet and there is no floor drain for the water to empty. I also don't like the washer and dryer outside. I think the designer could have extended the kitchen glass doors to the edge of the step to where the pool is and make a small mud room for the washer and dryer.
