Woodturning - Bowl of Colors

Welcome to today's woodturning project! In this video I'm making a bowl out of colored pencils (again). I couldn't get the resin as clear as I wanted to, but it was overall an interesting project. I finished the bowl with a high gloss spray.
Hope you enjoy the video!

  • I’ve watched quite a few woodturning colored pencils in resin videos and this bowl is by far the prettiest outcome I’ve seen!

  • That’s a cool design. I like the floating aspect 3D and the pointy tips facing up and down like stalactites and stalagmites.

    • @@randygreen007 Oh my goodness....... I would cry like a big ole' baby! It would definitely make my day. People don't do kind things for others much nowadays and so when they do, it matters to me and it almost always makes me cry and of course, very happy and so grateful. I love doing things for people for no reason. Simply out of the kindness of my heart. I make homemade crafts, cards, junk journals and many homemade things and not once have I charged someone for anything I've made. They will ask me what they owe me and I always say, "not a thing"! They try to pay me and I won't take it. It brings me happiness to do those things and I think of it as a blessing. I've been that way all my life. Of course, I pay someone for things I get like that because that too is a blessing to me. I would be over the moon if I got the chance to buy that. I've never owned anything like that. It would definitely be special to me. Sorry I rambled on..... I get to going in my old age and it's hard to stop me. lol
