Anja, vielen Dank für noch ein weiteres informatives Video. Ich habe nur eine Frage. Warum sagt Frau Stock „der Klaus hat Geburtstag“? Wann soll man den Artikel zusammen mit einem Namen verwenden? Bedeutet „Klaus hat Geburtstag“ ohne „der“ etwas anderes?
In der Umgangssprache sagen wir manchmal Namen mit Artikel davor zB „die Anja“ oder „der Klaus“ 😄

I shall start in English as you also use some English. Your genius in underlining the power of another language with their specialities is just remarkable! Also, each language tough has got its limits, hence speaking a few open far more commercial/cultural/educational/holistic doors it opens that one language alone. Hence why your video about German is ace! My mother tongue is French, I am also fluent in English and American (as I lived more than 12 years in the United States of America and 22 years in Great Britain, all my little family being English). I am in the process of refreshing my B1 level Mexican Spanish (even a little Costa Rican and Guatemalan Spanish) to a higher level to reach. Mexican Spanish is very different from French, in terms of pronunciation and verbs, as well as Mexican vocabulary (which I love): but I intend to learn it! I bought the "101 conversations in Mexican Spanish" ! Me gusta más el español mexicano (y algunos latinoamericanos) que el español de España (este último me parece muy rápido de tempo y los sonidos son menos suaves que los del español latinoamericano). Además, las palabras o expresiones mesoamericanas del español mexicano son simplemente divertidas. También me atraen la historia y el folclore de las Américas. Especialmente la civilización maya y tanto la olmeca. Englisch ist eine gute Sprache, aber nicht genug, um mittel- bis langfristig die Türen für Handel, Bildung und Kultur in Ländern zu öffnen, die Englisch nicht als erste oder zweite Amtssprache sprechen. Neben dem Brexit in Großbritannien und vielen extremistischen Trumpisten beginnen die Menschen auf der ganzen Welt, weniger Englisch zu sprechen und wechseln, wenn sie können, bereits 2021 zu Französisch, Portugiesisch, Russisch, Spanisch usw.
