@@mikeivoyloff1656 yes, it could be more user friendly, but the game is complex, the ui couldn't be much different. I just really think that they need more variety of buildings (even tho is a Soviet country)
Now, we just needs three times this many workers to have nearly aceptable production values in the refinery. Not to mention the schools, farms, car depots, warehouses and other production facilitys, we still have to build, before we can even make a single rouble out of this.

Unless something’s changed, worker numbers are per 8 hour shift. So the power plant can use 1,500 workers per day at max capacity.
Thank You Charlie for pointing out that tiny icon that enables me to move the screen.. I have to play games in the corner so that i can see my main screen at all times.. without this button i have not been able to play workers and resources.. hehe, I know its typical :)

I have this game and didn't know they added where you can have random cities generate for the map
Great video, looking forward to more of this series. Put down a free construction center near what you;re building and buy a bulldozer and an excavator. Use them to level or change ground for free and then move them to a different free place when you want to build somewhere else. It will save you a ton of money. Also building gravel paths yourself is way cheaper.

When you were going through the settings, I thought you said "academics might happen" and then I wasn't sure if I misheard because some sort of education based resistance to communism seemed like something that would totally be in the game :D

5:01 you said the weather effects will mess up your recording while the videos is incredibly clear and not a single pixelization from youtube compression, im actually amazed, i rarely see quality like this. Mind sharing what video settings (codec, bitrate etc) you were using?

@@CharliePryor stretching the limits of a 3090? Must be very intensive, it definitely shows though! Games like transport fever and cities skylines tend to compress a ton on KZhead, and your quality looks amazing.

Just a quick question, maybe I missed it, how did you get the storage tanks to store different liquids. One is fuel, and the other is bitumen. I cant figure it out for the life of me. Thanks Charlie.
There are check boxes on the right. Just limit it before anything is inside it.
This looks really fun, but left me with more questions than answers, such as why didnt you use one of the premade cities to bring your workers from?
Roads are expensive. Vehicles for transport are expensive too. Would rather get people within walking distance than organize a way to bring them in from inefficient homes with low comfort ratings. :)

What resolution this game need? In game you can't change resolution. I tried to change my monitor resolution, but it wasn't much different. Do i need other monitor or what??

It's just the standard tutorial. It's decent. Tells what ya need to know and nothing more. The rest is just trying and failing, and trying again, and learning as ya go. :)
