  • I work as a manual therapist, have been treating people with side effects for the past 2 years. I feel sometimes like I live in a Lovecraft novel. Never thought I would see so much suffering associated with the biggest gaslighting and denial.

    • @@jltyndall1Well, I think this video covers it. There has been publications on the topic. Cannot discuss the scope of manual therapy here though. Just shocked by the constant influx of direct or indirect suffering that seem to have been brought to the world by these injections and everything else around. The topic can still be barely discussed in the profession or among medical colleagues.

    • @@georgesabitpol I am also one of the victims! Long covid most of 2020 in my case. (Did not take the jab -- I would not be here if I did!) The spikes I obviously could not clear from my body aggravated arthritis in my cervical vertebrae, which I was previously totally unaware of. Doctor did CT scan and said only two options were fusing surgery (not advised as poor outcomes) or a temporary measure of corticosteroid injection right into C5 left arm nerve hole (as I was getting excruciating pain as well as peripheral nerve loss in it). The injection didn't do much. I found a good chiropractor which helped greatly. He put me onto a great holistic remedial massage person which also helped greatly (my shoulder girdle of muscles had shut down entirely, plus a whole heap of other problems). I have researched online to find out how to treat myself and help get rid of the spike protein. Many world-renown experts in many fields being completely ignored (in fact, vilified and losing their jobs) with great understanding and knowledge that the status quo profession and authorities are actively ignoring and blocking. Need I mention the (previously more severe) censorship of this platform!

If you listen to his discussions with virologists and cardiologists you would realise as a teacher he is very well read and understands a lot more than the “nursing tag’ people tried to hang him with. Yes he was blind in the beginning but had the strength of character to publicly say so later on, it has left a very bitter taste given he dedicated his whole life to patient care and does not appreciate the way it has since been disregarded. ❤

  • Taurine and cysteine will both help get rid of the spikes, whether natural or artificial; however, the best thing you can do to not only get rid of spikes but also repair any damage you may have suffered is to do some extended fasting and lower the carbs in your diet! Some benefits of occasional extended fasting and lowering carbs in the diet: High blood pressure is lowered to normal levels very quickly while fasting. Fibrosis/scarring is reversed over time, including in the heart and lungs. Vitamin D plasma levels are increased as fasting improves metabolic health, and vitamin D in turn increases autophagy. When insulin is high, vit D stays locked in the blood cells. Fasting stimulates phagocytosis, the ingestion plaques, growths and pathogens by the immune system. This will also remove spikes quicker, whether natural or unnatural in origin! Your body recycles up to 1/3 of all immune bodies in a 72h fast, rejuvenating your entire immune system. This helps prevent the onset of new autoimmune conditions, which develop through a leaky gut and damaged immune system. Blood sugar and insulin are lowered when fasting, reducing inflammation and allowing the immune bodies to move freely through the body. Fasts from 36-96 h increase metabolic rate due to norepinephrine release! Fasting restores your circadian rhythm to normal over time. T cells and T reg cells are vital in fighting cancer, autoimmune disease and infections but as we age the thymus stops making as many of them. Fasting releases stem cells, which then can become new T cells. It also releases growth hormone, which regenerates the thymus itself! Fasting restores NAD+ and increases nitric oxide release to open blood vessels. Reflexes and short term memory are increased. Fasting increases anti-aging Yamanaka factors and increases average telomere length in stem cell pools. Fasting can help with MS, Depression, BPD, Autism and seizures. When you move out of MTOR your body shuts down the building blocks of the cell required for viruses to replicate. The hunger hormone ghrelin also lowers with extended fasting and rises from dieting. What breaks a fast? Anything with protein or carbohydrates in it will break a fast but most teas and herbs are OK. Supplements and meds often break ketosis directly or contain a filler that will. Many meds are dangerous to take while fasting. Does fasting lower testosterone? No, it raises it when the fast is broken by increasing lutenizing hormone. Fasting also increases insulin sensitivity, which helps with muscle building. Fasting activates autophagy (literally self eating). This will cause cells to recycle damaged proteins and foreign matter such as viruses. Lowering insulin via fasting virtually eliminates chronic inflammation in the body. Weight loss from daily caloric restriction has 1/4 to 1/3 of the weight lost as lean tissue while many studies show fat loss from 36 h fasts without losing any lean tissue! The obese will lose loose skin while fasting, but the frail will have increased growth hormone release, which helps to make more lean tissue and reduce frailness. Fasts of 36-96 will not affect short term female fertility or affect menstrual cycle. They also may increase long term fertility for some women. Fasting reduces pain and anxiety by stimulating the endocannabinoid system, just like the effect of CBD oil Just 24h of fasting can cut your leptin levels in half! This reduces leptin resistance, which impairs immune function. Stomach acid is reduced over time while fasting and can allow for the healing of treatment resistant ulcers. Some patients may need continued acid reduction medication while fasting. Your brain also prefers to burn ketones at a rate of around 2.5 to 1 when they are available in equal quantity to glucose. Except for brief periods of very intense exercise, your body mainly burns fats in the form of free fatty acids. It increases mitochondrial function and repairs mitichondrial DNA, leading to improved ATP production and oxygen efficiency. Increased mitochondrial function also has the added benefit of increasing your metabolism, fighting infection and cancer prevention! Fasting releases BDNF and NGF in the blood which stimulates new nerve and brain cell growth. This can help a great deal with diseases like MS, peripheral neuropathy and Alzheimers. Fasting also increases telomere length, negating some of the effects of aging at a cellular level. When you fast, this stimulates apoptosis in senescent or genetically damaged cells, destroying them. Senescent cells are responsible for many of the effects of aging and are a root cause of the development of cancer. A fasting mimicking diet for 3-5 days in a row also provides many of the same benefits as water fasting. FMD usually has 200-800 calories, under 18 g of protein and extremely low carbs. Exogenous ketones can aid with fasting, making it easier in healthy people and allowing some people with specific issues to fast in spite of them without worrying as much about hypoglycemia. They also help with dementia and many other issues even if you take them while not fasting! Glycine and trimethylglycine can also be useful supplements while fasting that won't break ketosis and have many benefits. Children, pregnant or nursing women should not fast for periods longer than 16 hours. People with pancreatic tumors or certain forms of hypoglycemia generally cannot fast at all. Type 1 diabetics can also fast but it is more complicated and should be approached with caution as it could lead to ketoacidosis. If you experience extreme symptoms of some kind, especially dizziness or tremors, then simply break the fast and seek advice. When we give the body a rest from digestion and stress, it will put effort to purify things. In order for repairs at the cellular level, stomach must be empty. I had 1 shot. I had 1 time natural infection. I have done several 72 hr. Fasts and as far as I know, my body has healed. Thanks again for the information. Most people feel they are helping by taking some thing or eating something. We must stop this and let the body do other things than always digestion non stop.

    • @@juliettegoudreau216 For anyone with an ear to hear Baking soda kills cancer cells by detoxing the body. It reverses an acidic body environment quickly, cancer cannot survive when the body's PH is balanced and therefore oxygen rich. Gave it to a friend of mine who says his nephew was in stage 4 cancer. He stopped his nephew from doing Chemo and told him to do some research because my friends older brother had died after doing chemo it destroys the bodys defensive system and chokes out the oxygen. He is still alive and well today. Took a few months but was well worth it. Every day since he started he just got better. He couldn't walk to the letterbox at the start and little by little he was discovering what a joy it was to be able to walk free from pain. He would continue with his hospital checkups but I had warned them not to tell the doctors what he was doing otherwise they will remove their support just like what has been happening with people trying to get hospital doctors help and instead being told we cannot give you anything because it's all in your head, that it had anything to do with the Jab The other thing when people take it the first thing they notice is the pain goes away. You would think that would be a good thing but for some reason they give up before it has done away with it completely. Two cases were like that who started using baking soda Oh yea the other reason is that most likely they did not like not being allowed to eat what they liked, you know the things that got them there in the first place. It had gone overboard. Everything within reason is tolerable. Find the sweet spot and stay there.

    • Search for augmented NAC online. You will find it effective at getting rid of the viral(90%) and the other spike(99.8%) and breaking its lock on our ace 2 receptors. Many start having relief in 7-10 days(same timeframe as when chopped up residue of spikes of both kinds start showing up in urine and waste). Recommended time to detox is 3-6 months. Test with a other(*) spike urine test(the docs can see the differences between the two spikes based on their shape and morphological structural differences) from a long co*** clinic. They can help you with any further tests, referrals, or medications. I hope you seek out these items and that it helps you recover from this injury.

Slowly improving (fingers crossed) and it is sometime since I have felt dreadful as I did in the past. More energy and no arythmia or high blood pressure. Nerve function (feeling in the fingers and feet) seems to be improving too. Thank you for your constant reporting on the latest news regarding research. One point you mentioned: 6-12 months. In my personal experience the effects of the mRNA can be much longer, as I was given the first dose in late 2021, so it's over 2.5 years ago. Several hospital visits. It's grim. Of course, if damage is done it takes time to recover which is more difficult if you are over 60 as I am. At some points I thought it was 'game over' but sought solutions and strategies. I appreciate your continued search for answers.

    • I think the chillies stimulate the immune system too. Agree with everything you have said. Also over 60. The "covid toes" (and some fingers) signalled the beginning of my peripheral neuropathy. Mostly improved now, can come and go with new infections of covid. About 3 of my toes and the tip of my index finger seem to be permanently affected. Glad to hear that all of yours are improving. None of the doctors I saw, including my GP, would even say the words "long covid". Must all be too scared of deregistration. (Here in Australia its pretty bad.) I have done a pre-mix of turmeric, white pepper and ground ginger (apparently also helps in the bioavailability or activation or something) and usually also add coarse ground black pepper in the cooking of curries. I also add the pre-mix to omelettes when I make them (parsley and dandelion leaves), or anything else I can shove it in. More metabolic damage in my second long covid. It has really been a hard battle -- isolated and alone -- (apart from ewetube brave-medicos info (and psychs, Desmet) to help guide us) to regain some sort of functional health. The whole thing has been a huge mind-f**k! 1984 crossed with V for Vendetta... And it is not over yet! Stay safe and I hope you keep improving. Also, look into "Enhanced NAC" from an Italian group, zerospike. Also, a functional medicine doctor suggested I use large quantities of ALA (Alpha Lipoic Acid) (a precursor to DHA I think) to assist in nerve regrowth. I try to eat sardines on toast every week or so. I should probably have more.

    • Search for Augmented NAC online as it does well in flushing body detoxifying it of spike in approximately 3+ months. Many start feeling better in 7-10 days. It breaks the disulfide bridges spikes use to attach to ace 2 receptors and it flushes 90 % viral 99.8 % other spike in blood in vitro lab testing. At least 20k have found it very effective at spike killing so far and a double-blind placebo controlled study is on its way testing the effectiveness and long term efficacy of those detoxified of spike after some time goes by where they do not take Aug. NAC to see if spikes stay gone in body, blood.

The researchers investigated the impact of the SARS-CoV-2 spike protein on human host cells and discovered that it activated various cell signaling pathways that could contribute to COVID-19 pathogenesis. Findings The researchers found that the SARS-CoV-2 spike protein induced inflammatory and innate immune responses in human host cells, leading to the production of pro-inflammatory cytokines and chemokines. These responses caused damage to lung tissue and contributed to the respiratory symptoms observed in COVID-19 patients. Additionally, the study found that the SARS-CoV-2 spike protein activated a signaling pathway called the NLRP3 inflammasome, which is associated with severe lung inflammation and injury. The activation of this pathway led to the production of interleukin-1 beta (IL-1β), a potent pro-inflammatory cytokine that has been implicated in COVID-19 severity." In a great example of gaslighting, the rest of the AI bot said all the damage done by the spike protein made it a good candidate for a jibby therapy.

You can further support with creatine, 3..5g/d, to support the energy system of the cell. Don't forget Glycin, as together with NAC it supports the production of glutathione. A frequently overlooked effect of NAC and curcumin is that they lower the viscosity of lymph and plasma, thus enhancing the clearance of toxins. The inventor of the PCR test came out and said this! But its a "useful tool" to get exactly what "they" want, so they do it. PCR testing should never be applied directly to humans and especially the cavalier way it was handled! And the way the "results" were interpreted.

With the many published reports on NIH and other sources related to 'Evidence for Biological Age Acceleration and Telomere Shortening' and spike, would seem to add even more emphasis on protocols for spike detoxification. In regards to what you mention at 7:05 about bacteria employed in fermentation of Natto, I was reminded of a Japanese friend who consumed daily medicinal portions of Natto for years for the many purported health benefits. She in her 40's, very healthy, active, health conscious and her diet was as close to what is considered perfect. Her family had no unusual history of cancer but she developed breast cancer. Her oncologist ordered her to stop consuming Natto and Soy products due to evidence that suggested an increased risk of cancer possibly due to the hormonal like compounds in Soy beans but as her Oncologist who was involved in cancer research suspected, could be related to the effects of he bacteria in Natto. Ref: Fermented and nonfermented soy foods and the risk of breast cancer in a Japanese population‐based cohort study -NIH 2021 Jan 10

    • That paper is very concerning!! I have had two separate long bouts of long covid ("the so-called persistent post-COVID-19 syndrome (PPCS)") and so have had prolonged exposure to the spike protein and chronic inflammation so I would expect that my telomere shortening is on the high end (age acceleration of 10 years)!! Wowsers!! The death rate they give for covid in the abstract only makes sense if it includes all the "misadventures" from the jabberwockies! I guess it all works to reduce Health Insurance company costs and thus increase profits. Also reduces pension and Medicare liabilities/obligations for the government. A "marriage mad in Hell"...

My friend had echo of heart which was reported as fibrous clot, but then MRI said it was pericardial fat. Symptoms are typical of vaccine injury - chest pain, SOB, chronic fatigue. Would a PET scan or a vascular scan be the next step. Thank you.

  • I love pineapple. There are lots of other fruits with useful enzymes as well. Many years ago I was introduced to Wobenzym. I go with a cheaper option. If you have adequate pancreatic enzymes they do a good job so enhancing digestion could reduce symptoms according to this theory. Also, you can put fruit acid on the test and test positive but I haven't done that myself. I would like to know if the tests pick up on other coronaviruses as well, like some of the antibody tests can.

  • I have been using Pineapple regularly in my bowl of real fruit and bran for some years now and I cut a slice for my bowl then with the core left I chew it separately then discard. Apparently thats where the highest concentration of Bromelain is. I also know and use Kiwifruit in it when in season but it is also a natural blood thinner. I then top it off with sprinkled Cinnamon. My over all health has improved dramatically as a result. Gut health is top notch even though I eat anything I may want, I don't go overboard, but the regulator is the morning bowl of bran and fruit what ever is in season. I believe it has given relief for many old injuries I have sustained from sport and work related. Yep I have kept it up throughout the covid period but the best advantage I had concerning Covid was not to get vaccinated along with many others that just like me have survived covid without so much as a scratch or at worse a simple cold like symptoms. Best advice don't get the jab ever. While I was a child I did as I was told but as I aged I knew I had to take responsibility for my own health and I sought out the more natural ways. Peace to all, Jesus is coming sooner than you think, are you ready?

For those who received no more than 2 dosages, the 3 Vitamin Combination will work to remove the SPIKER PROTEIN. For those who received 3 or more of the doeages of the SPIKER PROTEIN brought to you by Slizer; it would be a Roll of the dice.

  • Sure is hard to take a high enough of a dose of flushing niacinamide without having a particular reaction where one feels cold eventually. It helps to place the tablets in boiling water so they disintegrate. Might as well stay in for the night, after that point, and make a nice mixed drink, adding l-lysine tablets and ascorbic acid powder too. Unopen some lecithin packets, and pour in then wisk. Also add orange juice to make it a better blend. I use about 10 grams of flushing niacinamide tablets in the batch i make for myself, as well as, 10 grams of l-lysine, about 1/3 cup of ascorbic acid as well. I like a particular sour flavor from a particular amount of ascorbic acid. As well as, when i have the supply, 5-6 lecithin packets.

  • So far I have only seen one doctor (an Italian medical professional) who is researching specifically the integration of the mRNA for spike protein into the genome of gut bacteria and it's production by the bacteria. He says he found high levels being produced in the gut of affected patients for an extended time, and that he had treated it successfully with antibiotics. This info was shared in an interview by Dr Philip McMillan alongside another clinician. I have looked through all his YT videos but can't find it. It could have been on Substack. If I find the name of the guy who is doing the work on this I'll post it here.
