Let’s just say it’s a team effort
Exactly!
Damn you got a lot likes in 5 mins
Lol
It's a teams' effort for giving the fan the fan service ;)
I would definitely go with that one..

The title should have been: "who broke the multiverse the most"
Loki
I blame Kang - he designed and built the house of cards and it fell over. It’s not logical to blame the cards themselves.
Best Answer. The story of Kang is potentially awesome if they have smart people write it.
@@summertyme5748 well so far they are going with it right
Sounds about right kangs quest to becoming immortus "reincarnation baby"
@@user-hf2dr7sh4y yeah but it's one version that's doing his best. Godhood is hell but at the end we do get the conqueror. Loki did fine
He created, someone destroyed what he made
It was Bully Maguire this entire time. His dancing ruptured the fabric of reality (It was so powerful) causing the multiverse to open by his gun pointing hands. Every point = trillions of universes opening.
LMAO
He wanted to put some dirt in their eye 😂
I miss the part where that's my problem - bully maguire
he covered the universes in dirt and then it went into their eyes lol
*GASPS* impossible.
Thinking about it, dr. Strange will not understand the reason behind the multiverse breaking because he erased his own memory of Peter. Maybe Peter will have to reintroduce himself to explain the events that only he remembers
or maybe loki can do some enchanting on strange and make him sort of remember
Technically. Peter shouldn't know who he is either 😂 He should only know that he is Spiderman.
@@natsohigh5552 Actually Strange mentioned he would erase the world’s memory of Peter’s identity as Spiderman, not Peter’s memories itself
@@eldapicari6986 no, he erased peter parker existence. nobody know peter parker existence anymore

The real question is…. “Why broke the multiverse?”

Probably Deadpool

Anyone could break the timeline according to the TVA. Sylvie killed He who remains, who was keeping the branches in check. Once he was gone, anyone could break it.
Wasn’t that the cause that allowed all the other events to happen
Exactly it doesn't have to be one event, it can be all of them
@Mike hawk long nope, He Who Remain’s citadel is outside of time so there’s no before or after
No it was hulk's fault lol
Nah. It broke before he who remains died.
Disney broke the Multiverse when they breached contract with Scarlette.
Yeah of course .... 😂😂
Then again,we have Satan's tool, auto correct...
I believe what Sylvie did allowed Dr.Strange to accidentally break the timeline. What we saw in wandavision was just a glance at the possibility of worlds beyond the one we would normally see in the mcu. So it's like Dr.Strange pulled the trigger, but the trigger only existed because of Sylvie.
The universe is naturaly broken. The moment the TVA stopped pruning it it simply began to return to it's natural state. Though there is some time wierdness there, I wonder if super-time is a thing in the MCU.
Dr. Strange wouldn't have pulled the trigger if it wasn't for Peter Parker. But Peter Parker did it because of Mysterio. Who was evil because of Tony Stark.
@@iloveaquariums4776 because Loki wanted the Tesseract as Red Skull was looking for it, hence Nazis caused the multiverse to crack wide open.....
Nobody "broke it". It was supposed to branch, they were just culled at every opportunity. Nobody broke it, but Sylvie essentially set it free.
yh but we know it’s gonna break causing the stuff in no way home and strange 2 causing the crossovers
Well everything broke at once, before He who remains died, so something happened to cause him to loose control before his death
Technically Mobius and Hunter B-15 set it free by opening TVA agents’ eyes. From that moment onward, the agents stopped pruning the timeline.
!!!!
I like your reason better.
Dr strange: Gimme back my cube. Peter: I'll give you your cube when you fix this damn multiverse!

Should have more likes but some people don't get the cube reference
Considering He Who Remains ultimately wanted Sylvie to kill him to unleash Kang and his other variants, and the timeline actually began to fracture *before* he was killed, I think he is ultimately the one responsible for starting the multiverse, all the other seemingly multiverse-invoking events are occurring concurrently with this event.
I think it's Loki, because technically it was the earliest "multiversal event"
The reason Loki and Sylvie dying on that planet caused a nexus event was because them meeting up with He Who Remains was scripted by Him and so them dying would have broken that.
:O
Yo. That's... yeah that's it.
This is so dope.
ahhh now it makes sense
So the nexus event was due to them dying?? The videos I watched made it seem like it was because they started to fall in love with each other but that makes a lot of sense too.
Loki *recreated* the multiverse. Dr. Strange opened a hole in our universe and allowed multiversal villains to enter ours. Wanda simply observed this event.
Yeah this is exactly right how do people not realise this
Loki and Sylvie made it possible for the universe to split into the multiverse. There are constantly decisions made by everyone that creates an infinite amount of alternative universes. Some of these decisions create bigger differences than others, such as Doctor Strange in No Way Home or things I’m sure Wanda will do in the future. Those major decisions cause branches to intersect and bleed into each other.
in a ironic twist, you kinda guessed episode 8 of What if
Wait, but what about when the WandaVision series finale was synced with episode 6 of Loki season 1?
@@thefoeofdrip1184 future past and present are all happening simultaneously. Loki and Sylvie were beyond the end of time, basically outside of the flow of time. They are not connected
Remember that doctor strange only protects reality. That protects his reality from other multiverses. Wanda can try to fix it sort of but I think kang is one to blame mainly. Followed by wanda
Guys you are missing the big picture: "It Was Agatha All Along"
"The Universe wants to break free, so it manifests chaos" I'm still stuck on the fact that the Sacred Timeline started to branch off (aka unravelling of the kumihimo) before anything even happened. To me, that means either everyone is a little bit responsible or that it was destined to happen regardless because the timelines were never meant to be bound together. Essentially, the multiverse is a natural state of being and binding it to stop the war was where everything went sideways. You can't keep something locked up that wants to be free. Anyways... didn't mean to ramble 😂
👍Sounds great to me. I'll just go with that for now.
The police beg to differ
Wanda becoming the Scarlet Witch is timed perfectly with the timeline starting to branch.
This is the most logical explanation so far!
Episode 6 of Loki season 1 - multiversal rebirth Ending of WandaVision - Chaos Magic projections or illusions of alternate universes No Way Home - merging of like 4 universes
I always assumed Tony’s snap was “Thanos and everyone loyal to him”, hence why Gamora didn’t dust.
See I had the same kinda thought yo🤔💯
Pretty much the speed of thought doesn’t allow for pedant details. This was my original thought as well.
That doesn't necessarily mean that tony didn't snap in or out something more subconsciously he had to have had millions of thoughts running through his head just before the snap
2:09, to be fair we have to consider that the nature of Time Travel in Endgame was explicitly stated to create alternate realities. And it ends with the main timeline Captain America retiring to a different 1940s and still ending up in the main timeline. Suggesting he’s the first intruder

Well Explained but you missed one person "Ultron" from What If, he is the only person after Watcher who can actually watch and travel between various Multiverses.
I'll never look at Thanos the same way after seeing him in such pose... thanks Erik!
I believe they all had a team effort and just different aspects of it all to break the “multiverse”
yes
Teamwork makes the dream work
2:07 that's enough internet for today.
I'd say it was the one who caused the effect was Wanda for tampering with reality, then the Lokis' who killed Kang which allowed for everything that happens can't be stopped now or patched, Peter who suggested the idea to Dr. Strange, and It was Dr. Strange to pull the final trigger point, so yeah I'd say it was really a team effort
We literally saw it happen in Loki. I don’t get the confusion. Loki opened the door and now the others are seeing through it.
I was actually reading the comments while watching but now i just stopped after reading yours 🙃
I don’t think so. He and Sylvie were manipulated to the end by He Who Remains. The timeline broke before they acted against him.
Yeah, he who remains said they had crossed a threshold. I think it was all the other suspects, but Sylvie finished the job. Put an exclamation point on it if you will.
The timeline breaking before the actual death of HWR was simply to indicate that his death was sealed. Based on how their interaction was going, it was definite that he was gonna be killed.
Actually when sylvie killed kang It was at the exact time Wanda became scarlet witch
"Raging and throbbing" Reminds me of my Steve/Tony fan fiction which coincidentally enough ends in a Nexus-level explosion
.....lol gross

🤨🙁☹️
You're an unusual one. Steve and Bucky ones seems to be more popular lol.
Maybe he started it during the Avengers 1
I just thought of something about Shang Chi, what if when the rings were sent to earth, their soul purpose was to release the soul sucker that's why the soul sucker tries to manipulate the one who holds the rings, and when Shang Chi killed the soul sucker, the rings triggered a beaker to summon an entity to tell it that they failed their job and is now summoning something from another universe to destroy earth, which was the soul suckers destiny. Just see if this is a possibility?
:O Katy better not die
I like to believe that Peter Parker Broke it by merging the other Spiderman universes in the MCU

Uatu is simply … watching the events of the splintered timelines unfold. He bares no blame for what happens.
Yet.. (There's 2 episodes of what if remaining)
We’re seeing more and more of him and he’s seemingly more and more human in each episode. However, I don’t see how he could be watching infinite timelines until they were allowed to exist via the destruction of the Sacred Timeline and takedown of the TVA.
Well, guess what, he kinda fucked up
Not after today's "What If...?" episode. 🤪
@@PropelledGamersz He watched different universes and the timelines within them. The mainline Timeline, is a universe. Kang invades other timelines to fight other Kangs, in his universe, he restricted it to 1 sacred set of events. Uatu is outside of Time and Space, watching. BTW: This video was great! I mean: They are always great, but this was really, really well done. The "Murder in the orient" links were really cool. You're doing a great job since many years!! Thanks from Europe!
i dont think someone broke the multiverse, it broke itself. like a rubber band stretched tight for too long it was destined to happen. little tears start forming that grow larger until holes start forming and eventually it snaps
Sounds like how my first child was concieved
I like that idea but the only problem is that what you are saying gas to happen over TIME which means that kang is somehow bound by time. Also if that's the case wouldn't kang seen it coming?
Now that’s an interesting idea!
@@danielawesomevideos7885 I think he did see it coming and set up Loki and Sylvie to do exactly what he wanted them to do…part of a plan to deal with the broken multiverse
@@danielawesomevideos7885 he is a damn mastermind, he most likely still knew even after it branched
I believe they all contributed to different aspects of it.
Saw someone comment this: Loki and Sylvie started the multiverse Strange opened the whole in our universe allowing other universes come in Wanda just watched it happen
Everyone is responsible for the disruption of the multiverse. I think all the ruptures in the timelines are happening at the same time as Loki killing he who remains
us: so who broke the multiverse? maguire:i will tell u when u fix the damn door
Stark was able to accurately "dust" Thanos' forces because he's linked to the mind and soul stones. They would give him the knowledge of whoo his current enemies and threats were.
He could also word it like "Wipe out Thanos and those allied to him". Gamora, was no longer his allie for like 15 mins. meaning she'd avoid the snap.
To complicate of a thought. You got to take account the conflict they were on, the speed of thought and the speed of the snap. So it had to be simple. Thanos and those loyal to him disappearo!
Cap's time travel to return the infinity stones was an absolute moment, imo, as it was necessary to restore the timeliness.Thats why he must have been exempted from being arrested by TVA/ Kang.
I wouldn’t exactly say anyone explicitly “broke” the Multiverse, it just exists now as it naturally should. If anything The Sacred Timeline, an unnatural state of the universe, is what has been broken here
1. What is the difference between the watcher and the variant kang in timeline? They both seem to have same occupation 2. Dr strange is involved with every broken timeline so he's the main key
I was thinking the same thing all along, especially during the Loki finale. They all played their parts, but Doctor Strange is the one who chose the future.
🎶 _Its been Agtha all along_ 🎶
It was broken by Loki and that's how multiverse episodes got possible, otherwise even Ultron got eliminated by TVA everytime any Nexus event happens.
The Kang that became "He Who Remains" is the one who broke the multiverse AND fixed it. Kang ensured the timeline would always play out one way to protect the multiverse from himself-- the so-called "Sacred Timeline"-- but he got tired of it and engineered a way out.
Rockstars: You should try drinking wine from Bright Cellars. Me: I am 14 years old lol.
0:35 Gary the Goat returns!! 🎉🙌🏻
Thanos was mostly responsible and the avengers was partly responsible for trying to fix what thanos had started strange and Parker was highly responsible changing multiple realities by letting villains live
I like the idea that it was tony who broke it open, he realized that it was destined for him to die and he wanted there to always be a choice so his snap not only killed Thanos army but also "broke" or freed the multiverse
My suspect(not in order) 1. Dr.Strange 2.Scarlet Witch 3.Sylvie/Loki 4.Peter Parker 5.Shang-Chi And The Ten Rings 6.The Watcher
the watcher just watching each of multiverse
@@codename_xlebor The watcher might interfere next episode
How is Shang chi a suspect? In the movie they just entered a different dimension ( like how there was multiple Loki’s) so there were always different realities but they never branched and the TVa is what kept them from crossing…. I don’t really get how Shang chi is a suspect
The big bad in Shang chi was from a different dimension not a different universe
@@hectordiaz647 He said the Ten Rings. The rings are transmitting a homing beacon to someone. That's the suspicion.
I think it’s Doctor Strange or, it could be the Watcher, he deserted his code
For me there isn't even a discussion to be had, when he Who he remains died the multiverse was "born again", as the tva couldn't stop other timelines to spread All the other characters did is letting people travel through differebt timelines or search for people not in their timelines, but it all started when Sylvie killed He who remains
I wonder if Wongs memory of Peter Parker is still intact because he was in magic Shang Chi land?
That image of Thanos bending over is something that I never wanted to see. But gave me a good laugh. 😂
It gave me viral autism. I can never go back to before
And think…. Someone had to think of that, and then they drew it…
Kevin Feige did it! As the all-knowing Yogurt sez: MERCHANDIZING!
Thanos is responsible for collecting the stones, using them, starting the plan to undo the snap, allowing Loki to be a deviant, and free kang.
It’s not cap in Loki they also said everything that happened in endgame that includes time travelling was supposed to happen
if you REALLY think about it, this is all Yensen's fault
Kevin Fiege and other marvel writers are responsible for the multiverse. Team work!! ✨
I think that there have been many events over time that threaten or put stress on the Multiverse…. So Thanos, Doctor Strange, Wanda… Who knows what else… Would have made cracks in the Multiverse… but since Sylvie killed the “good“ Kang, doing away with the protector of the sacred timeline, all of these cracks contributed to the Multiverse breaking wide open.
“We got 12 angry jurors” That reminds me of the 12 angry men movie and book about jurors who were voting on whether or not a suspect was guilty, good movie.
Exactly what the Time Lord wanted you to think …
And here I thought Ravonna Renslayer broke the timeline during the "Search for Free Will".
It isn’t the first crack that causes a windshield to shatter, it’s a culmination of multiple
Now the gang includes Sersi (stopping the birth of a Celestial) and Konshu (somehow bringing the night sky back at time)
I knew where this was going but it was still great to watch! 👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾

I honestly thought nothing can top Infinity saga, when I see the multiverse happening, it instantly make me realized Multiverse sage will do better than Infinity Saga :)
I'm giving Peter a pass simply because he asked Doctor Strange for one thing and Strange did something else without consulting or explaining beforehand what he was doing. That's not on Peter. And I don't think Shang Chi killing a horrific soul-sucking demon dragon is it.
All around team effort
Sylvie branches the multiverse. Strange started connecting it
"alright, who broke it?"
Fury:"I'm not mad, I just want to know."
I give Steve Rogers a pass on this. He simply went back to his original time period. If nothing else, I'd say he wasn't really meant to be in the timeline with the Avengers.
He had such a huge impact on the avengers, he couldn't have been an accident, I think.
@@pal8542 well frozen Steve is still there at the same time he’s in the past so maybe things will go as planned
Mobious explicitly says the Avengers were destined to do the time heist. Which could only happen if Cap brings Scott to Tony. Cap was always supposed to get frozen and up in the Avengers
Did ya'll watch a different Loki then me? The reason why the timeline was branching off at the end of Loki was because they crossed the threshold of the sacred timeline that He Who Remains hadn't spun together yet. That's why he didn't know what was going to happen. He hadn't seen it yet. He hadn't tweaked it to how he wanted it yet. There was no more sacred timeline at that point because it had nobody overseeing it.
Your commentary is gold.
I think all four of them played a part in breaking the multi-verse
Four?
Which 4
The Fantastic Four????
Did he mean 12?
Another amazing video
I think it might be a mix of Dr. Strange, Peter, or Loki, who knows
I feel like Sylvie and Loki started the decline, while the one who remains death was the unlocking of time, and since they existed in a place beyond time, this event took place beyond time at every moment In time. The events that happened in the macro world, shattered it even further
Lots confusion still
Thank you for video
Thats what we all needed😅👌
This video was really funny. I spit my coffee out at that thanos joke lol.
That last what if episode oh my goodness so good
I like to imagine the loki varients opened the multiverse. Since its now fragile, any being who tries to mess with reality can break it since their is no guardians(TVA/Kang) the mutliverse can easily be accessed by beings who have enough power to do so.

i love how like most or all of them are adults and theres peter parker a 16 yr old breaking the multiverse

Answer : Everyone
4:49 That blink certainly breaks my reality
Sylvie… Didn’t Kang say he’s the one that keeps everything in tact & because he knew Sylvie would lil him anyway, is the reason you see the branch branching early… He pointed out how killings him would open up other variants, some more worse than him… Thats when everything opened up…
I strongly believe that the goat was responsible for the mess. His meme worthy scream shattered the very fabric of reality. 🤣0:36
When Sylvie killed Kang, the gateway of multiverse opened, and Doctor strange and Peter literally changed the whole timeline of all the Villains and other spiderman, I don't think the Avengers are to be completely blamed of doing all this :)
I do agree its all of them in a way contributing to this, but one set of people have kind of been left out. The Pyms, since the Quantum realm seems to have some connection to all of it. Hank Pym was featured as a catalyst to several what if events. It was Pym tech that allowed the Avengers to time travel. I am wondering why they were left out. Thank you for the fun video.
2:34, it’s possible that Shang-Chi is set before Endgame and that that’s why Banner isn’t Hulk in it
The butler did it...Jarvis!! Seriously, I would say it was indeed multiple things, perhaps ones not revealed yet as well.
Technically it can all be connected back to Jarvis. After all he did merge with the stone creating a phenomenon that was unnatural 🧐
