The US Open is the final Grand Slam of the year and takes place at the USTA Billie Jean King National Tennis Center. The 2022 US Open saw Spain's Carlos Alcaraz and Poland's Iga Swiatek claim the men's and women's singles titles. It was both players' first US Open title, with Alcaraz claiming his first Grand Slam title and Swiatek claiming her third Grand Slam title. The 2023 US Open main draw is scheduled to go ahead between August 28 - September 10.   • This kid is the new BIG STAR in Tennis. I'm sure if he stays healthy and motivated he could reach 20 GS maybe more. The big 3 will be retiring pretty soon so he would have a lot of opportunities.!!

  • I feel like Alcaraz didn't really play that well here and in the Final, especially compared to the quality in the Sinner match. Just playing at his average level for most of the tournament, dropping sets here and there, was enough to get the trophy in the end.

  • Roddick won the US open 20 years ago... Europe is producing tennis players like Alcaraz, Sinner, Ruud, Rune, Tsitsipas, and many more.
