Egg Fried Rice
Ingredients
Egg - 3
Cooked basmati rice - 200 grams
Oil - 2 tbl spoon
Finely chopped garlic - ½ tbl spoon
Onion - Half
Carrot - Half
Cabbage (one handful)
Chilli powder - ½ teaspoon
Garam masala - ½ teaspoon
Soya sauce - 1 tbl spoon
Tomato sauce - 1 tbl spoon
Pepper - 1 teaspoon
Coriander leaves
Salt
