    • Happens every year. It's a seasonal occurance. The ice expands into the sea in winters and retracts come spring. Though the length of seasons is being affected by climate change, as well as weather patterns.

  • Amazing!. Although not on the same level, I got a taste of this at Jokullsarlon in Iceland. Got to play with some shy seals and the far edge of the lagoon while my tour group was checking out Diamond beach lol. Technically missed it but my own unique experience was something nobody else from my bus experienced. Noone saw seals and didn't believe me until I showed videos haha. Also by sunset alone? Priceless. Thank you for this video :)
