  • I connect a new monitor there is no signal and nothing worked, at the first startup the screen wasn't blank, then i turn off the computer, then at the second time i tried to turn the computer off it restart again and again, what is the problem i have to pull the plug to turn it off, my cousin told me it's the ram clean it, i did it nothing worked.
