I followed you from March-October. I went through a massive winter rut and stopped watching. When I watched this I got this feeling/emotion that was so unique. I've been watching Hamza now for about 3 years. I have watched every video, taken notes from every video, and put Hamzas wisdom to practice. Brothers, when I tell you this self improvement shit works, I mean it. I'm in the best physical state of my life, in the best mental state of my life, making more money than ever before, working harder than ever before, waking up early and going for runs in the cold, the wet and the dark, attracting women I never saw myself attracting. IT WORKS! You just have to shut off that part of your mind that tells you It's hard, that it hurts, that its going to suck. Yes it hurts, and it's good, it's good that it hurts, you do not deserve to be comfortable 24/7, you need to get out and improve. Best of luck brothers.

i am a 15 years old girl and everything hamza tells you about flirting with girls is true, even i myself found a use of his videos, before a while he made me realize i was wasting my teenager years, i used to think that was the right way to live, because every other teenager around me did it too, watching tiktok all day, playing games. seeing his channel saved me so much of my time i would have wasted otherwise, it even helped me become a better girl, no matter if this channel is for boys

I started doing self improvment almost 2 years ago and it is paying off. In summer of 2022, i got braces to straighten my teeth, i started playing volleyball competetivly. I started trying out different hair- and clothing styles. Over the time, I got more social and went out with friends. Now in 2024 I am 15 years old (almost 16) and has been a great year so far. I got my braces removed and the best haircut i had so far AND instead of wearing glasses, I now have contact lenses. I've become so much more confident around people, especially girls. I can't even remember why the fuck I was so afraid in the first place. (edit: because i was ugly back then 😂) Now my plan is to get my motorcycle licence, work on my productivity and on finding some brothers in my area, that are on self improvment too. Thank you hamza for your help.

Hamza this has taken a huge toll on my life and I seriously need advice onit. So basically it's my height... I'm 5'7 (170cm) and I am so insecure about it, I have a nice body and make a good amount of money but always have this belief that I can't be respected or that taller guys are more respected than me and stronger than me. Dear hamza. Love your videos and i am a 40 year old man from cambridge uk. When i was early 20s a girl got me on hard drugs ( wasnt forced but around me and gave in) i was a heroim addict for 15 years. I got an inheritance last year from my late father bought a house got clean for 7 months so have missed out on years of dating from being a recluse and an addict but am now getting back out there and learning a lot from your videos that i utilise in the field

It’s been awhile since I’ve tuned it- when I last watched, I was finishing up uni. 8 months later, I’ve graduated, paid off my student loans, started a business, bulked another 8 pounds, and now am in the process of buying a car with cash. I go to a pro bodybuilding/powerlifitng gym & made a lot of connections & had my dream job (took time away to travel to Brazil- currently there now). I went through a rut, but did the hard work. Oh, and I still have the same trainers from when I last commented.

Hi Hamza, I've been somewhat of your follower for about 2 years.I may not watch you as often as I did in my earlier years, but that is not important, I want to say that you have changegd my life for the better, I've just had my biggest succes, I've became a finalist in my country's chemistry olympiad, the best of the best, and I have to say, that without your advice I would definetely not be here, I owe you. I feel so much better, happier, and just see that my life is getting just better and better, I won't stop working, but work as hard as I did, but I want to say, the accomplishment took me close to 1.5 year, very short time, most often people take few years to get to my level, but i got it twice as fast, and I do believe that it probably had to do with the advice that you have given to me in the past. Great message you are sending out to guys Hamza. As a woman I so badly wish more guys had the confidence to approach women in person. Social media has obviously destroyed many peoples ability to socialise face to face, but honestly I feel like these "type of high quality women" you speak of would be so attracted to a guy who has the confidence to approach in person. I have been approached before by men and even though in some cases I have said no, I will always also let them know that I have so much admiration and respect for their approach because most people can't even look someone in the eye. I also don't have social media so it doesn't give me much hope haha, but I think having the confidence to approach women in person speaks volumes about someones character.
