When teachers ask questions and nobody is raising their hand, my strategy is to drink water, or just pretend to look for answers so it looks like I care.
Once I drank water while a substitute teacher was talking and then they starting yelling at me and said I was very rude for drinking water while they were talking

Little bit of context.I go to a Christian private school. I remember in 6th grade i missed a day of school when i came back the next day i found out there was this big fight and one of my friends ended up with a broken arm. I never missed a day again.

In 6th grade my there was a science teacher everyone hated. She didn't know she had two students with the same name until the 5th week of school. She gave us test questions as a review. Then she accused my friends of cheating when they got 100%. Lady, you literally gave us all but 2 freaking answers.

Im a freshman’s taking algebra 2 and geometry B and it’s the easiest class ever. For me, there is no effort or studying required. It’s just coming to class and doing the work and taking the tests. I currently have a 100 in the class, but maybe your teacher is worse than mine or you don’t comprehend the topics.
