As a trauma counselor, I always recommend ASMR! Especially when there are layered sounds. So healing! Xo
Asmr doesnt heal trauma tho. Its just a tool to stay calm and relax when its getting heavy on you. But it isnt "healing".
Yes but it aint gonna heal no trauma you have suffered in your life. It is very helpfull and i kay heal some things like insomnia (to a certain point) but it aint a magical thing that heals real trauma.

Sooo glad I've stumbled upon your channel. One pet peeve of mine with some ASMRtists is lack of attention to facial structure. For example, they may draw my eyebrows on my "eyes", whereas you do it slightly above frame to make it more realistic. You nail the experience
