If we played like the first half every game of the season we would be fighting for the title .
So what we have to say is that with the support we have and some of the players who have the technical ability to do just that it’s the defensive style of this manager that sets us up to do the “nineties” Everton team thing and is holding us back. If we don’t get a more attacking style coach then our more creative players will leave and join a club that does.

Thanks MrBeanyman West Ham could’ve won this round if they’d played attacking football in Germany. Moyes is a grumpy man. He’s done very well in Europe but with tremendous luck concerning injuries and suspensions. The lack of squad players has been appalling. West Ham played like champions in the first half, they are exhausted and depleted. I’m proud of their effort and it shows that we can attack and score and press. We won’t make Europe next season as we have no fit players for our final games. COYI ⚒⚒⚒

What I can’t understand with Moyes is, after 4 years of his stewardship, we end up in a Europa League quarter final with a 39 year old goal keeper, 34 year old left back 35 years old centre, a 32 year old right back on his last legs, and finally a 34 year old converted winger as a striker. Tough side leverkusen, we played well against them tonight.. Sometimes you just got to put your hands up and admit youve lost to a better side. Var and the officiating this season hasn't done us any favours Moyes has been our best manager since John lyall . We all would take a 8th place at the start of the season. Best side we've played in all competitions this season. Whatever system or strategy we would of played against these we would of lost. Got to put your hands up and admit leverkusen were the better side. We do look tired and leggy, but we have played lots this season. Still 8th in the league, which I would of took at the start of the season. Only the usual anti moyes brigade will criticise this performance. We lose 3:1 but we lost narrowly! Played great in 45 mins over 180 mins. You can’t expect to “scrape” through like this in European matches.

Miserable Moyes is a nasty piece of work when someone asks him a perfectly fair question as opposed to the loaded questions he gets from our Press Officers during the normal conferences. We are 6 players short and the second oldest team in the Premier league. Which players would you keep for our first team next season? Paqueta will leave. We need two new Centre backs, a right back, two midfielders and a striker. Cresswell will go so will Cornet. We could’ve kept Lanzini Benrahma and Fornals as back up. We are depleted. Just my opinion. Ogbonna is 36. Moyes never plays the youth because he thinks they aren’t good enough and Johnston will leave because we won’t pay him enough. Ings doesn’t get a chance and he’ll be sold. Phillips is a disaster. There will be huge changes ahead.

Moyes threw away the second half iam afraid. I dont know what he said to the players at half time, but they were a shadow of how they performed first half. I mean what did moyes do to them ?? Second half they should have kept on pressing and should have played the way they did first half, and get those goals in. That should have been the gameplan. They showed no urgency at all second half. You cant be doing this in a game of such magnitude. Iam sure moyes told them to hold on and take it easy second half. Players were moyesd .
