Ничего совершенно сложного в восстановлении АКБ нет . ИНСТРУМЕНТ + РАСХОДНИКИ + ЗНАНИЕ (опыт работы ) Большой минус - нужно обязательно провести полноценную десульфатацию пластин. И обязательно измерить ВС (внутреннее сопротивление батареи )
Локальный ремонт как временное решение, сейчас делаю только на АКБ не ниже 130 а/ч ёмкости из-за низкого качества пластин. В конце обязательно нужно проверять под нагрузкой не менее 600а и параметр пускового тока. А вообще молодец!!! У нас сейчас даже клемму восстановить бывает проблема.
А я всех кто мне предлагает банку заменить посылаю в Пакистан... если умудрились изничтожить заводское качество то кустарное изнахратят еще быстрее.

Exatamente! Ele recuperou a célula que estava em colapso... E se já estava assim, as outras não tardam a chegar nesse mesmo estágio. É como trocar a lâmpada de somente um dos faróis: A outra está funcionando, mas também está prestes a falhar, por ter exatamente o mesmo número de horas de uso da lâmpada que queimou. Bateria chumbo-ácida não tem conversa: Pifou, só reciclagem pra ela, pra aproveitar o polietileno da carcaça e o chumbo. Não existe essa de dessulfatação ou recuperação.

the battery cover should be bolted down with lead bolts and a gasket; and the same for each cell inside; but NO, they will not do it...
Been repairing batteries and tbh you don't have to open them you just need to cycle charge the batteries with high Ampere (depends on the rated voltage) then test the capacity.. I only open them when the batteries doesn't hold the charge or the discharge rate were fast

ummm it works for me though. these batteries are like super capacitors works the same way and i do de oxidation maintenance every 6months to remove the buildup of crystals on the plates

The battery failed not due to sulfated cathode or anode (plates). It failed due to internal short circuit normally cause by punctured separator. What they need to do is to find out and replace the broken separator will do.
Doesnt fix the swiss cheese pos grid corrosion, although the other probably are almost as bad.

You don't need a special voltage to see gassing on a sulfated cell. Normal charging will show that a sulfated cell is the first to gas before it reaches the 2.4V cell gassing voltage. A sulfated cell can also be identified by the acidity of the cell. If it is too low even though the battery is fully charged, then the cell is dead.

@@alanchilds1456 Exactly. Batteries produce hydrogen when charging. If you create sparks or even short circuit it, it can explode. I've heard of a battery at my work colleague's exploding while charging and acid spilling around.
