  • The autosteer is all controlled by your deere screen. The aggressiveness will have to be adjusted on that. The steer rate speed on the pro1200 screen is how quickly it turns when you manually turn the steering wheel.

    • Yes the cabs were crude when they first came out cold in winter and hot in the summer but they were better than the old winter fronts which were open in the back but I had too work with these auto steer machines that was half the fun of doing field work was taking pride and seeing how straight you could keep the rows I would be bored too death just riding along not really having anything to do

  • Hey Mike. I’ve been playing around with the APM mode aswell. It seems the pumps on that tractor keep the fan speed steady. I don’t have the minimum rpm cap on so I just let the tractor do its thing. And in 6th gear at 1520rpm. I can run 51-5300 fan speed perfectly as it would at 1700rpm. Even at 1100rpm on the tractor when I’m filling the fans running at 5100rpm.

      @mikemitchell2554@mikemitchell255419 күн бұрын
    • @@mikemitchell2554 Howdy Mike, due to your question regarding slip my answer is the following: In case u reduce the psi as much it is very effective for pulling heavy loads but not for speeding on the road, as u already know... U decrease your wheel diameter and thats why your tractor who is thinking he is running 20mph at the current wheel rotation is actually monitoring 18mph with radar for example. The result would be 10 % slip on-road in my extreme example. So in your low psi solution I would propose to believe the values until 10 mph and above who cares about slip... Maybe my thoughts could help here ;) Keep on farming :) Best regards from Bavaria PCB
