Is it just me or are all of the basketball clips a bit lackluster? I'm just not as impressed with what people think are crazy plays in basketball. I think the amount and variation of skill in football, baseball and hockey leave me feeling like most basketball players are simply really tall dudes with the ability to accurately throw a ball in a hoop they are naturally closer to. It reminds me of if a bunch of short dudes had to keep each other from dropping a golf ball into the cup, but without contact, ice and the edge of the green was the boundary for play.

@justsayin._. omg the idolization of players like LeBron... BayBron would be gassed, outclassed and out-assed against a choose-one player from the 90s. You can't be in the conversation for "greatest of all time" if you can't hit even the rim on every free-throw, especially with both eyes open. Back in my softball league days, my friend Bill was pitching. I got ahold of one and it was probably going to be a home run, but as it went right over Bill's head, he snagged it out of the air. Onlookers said it was like he pitched then immediately reached up and snatched it out of the air above his head in one continuous movement...lol. Unfortunately, it also had so much velocity behind it that the ball broke his ring finger inside the glove.

That Fleury save was amazing for LV!
the confidence boost these plays give during a game is crazy lol
“That was a turning point” I LOVE DAD JOKES 😂
At the Pittsburgh-Cincinnati MLB game, I once did the same thing when playing baseball.
1:38 RIP ears
2:48 I didn't know u can break ankles in hockey god DAYUM 😂
Is it just me or are all of the basketball clips a bit lackluster? I'm just not as impressed with what people think are crazy plays in basketball. I think the amount and variation of skill in football, baseball and hockey leave me feeling like most basketball players are simply really tall dudes with the ability to accurately throw a ball in a hoop they are naturally closer to. It reminds me of if a bunch of short dudes had to keep each other from dropping a golf ball into the cup, but without contact, ice and the edge of the green was the boundary for play.
Couldn't agree more, was looking for this comment. Basketball is honestly just a mid sport and pales in comparison to pretty much anything else
Not to mention basketball players being notorious drama queens in games.
@justsayin._. omg the idolization of players like LeBron... BayBron would be gassed, outclassed and out-assed against a choose-one player from the 90s. You can't be in the conversation for "greatest of all time" if you can't hit even the rim on every free-throw, especially with both eyes open. These cats nowadays only say what they say because they weren't there to see it done better.
1:36 good mic moment
The hockey ones are my favorite, goalie highlights in particular
Man athletes are are amazing human beings. Awesome physical abilities.
I don't know if these are all "reflexes" but they are impressive.
i didnt relize that every hockey one timer was so special
What's crazy is this type of stuff is exactly why professional sports are a thing. You don't react the way a pitcher does or move the way a receiver does if you don't do these things day in and day out. Truly remarkable what we're capable of.
Definitely looks like Herrera burst out laughing when that ball was caught.
Pitcher catching opponents drives is one of the ultimate skills ....... It's like looking down the barrel of a loaded gun. XD
*THE MOVES OF MVP' players,, INCREDIBLE!!*
“Freezing the goalie” moments would be a good vid
Where's Barry Sander you need him?that's reflex!Randy Moss' speed?Allen Iverson? Vince Carter leaps over the player for basket,as USA team?
The video, where Evan Longoria catches a baseball barehanded, is from a Gillette commercial
preach
17:10 my guy wishes he was at the rink lol. Nice call, though!
Dude this was Hellas entertaining TY
First MLB pitch thrown, the nerves already, line drive to your FACE. I couldnt imagine the adrenaline catching that lol
Once again amazing video
I don't like baseball but those catches are by far the craziest clips in this whole thing.
Good collection
5:35 "OH HE BROKE HIS ANKLES" 💀😂🤣💀
By his absence I'm assuming you're saving all your Barry Sanders clips for his own 25 minute video
Now we need a similar compilation for world sports.
Awesome collection! Happy New Year!
YES!!! More of these please lol
I love how Rizzo saw what was going on and dropped his glove to catch his pitcher's!
"In *sports* History", proceeds to show only hockey, baseball, football and for some reason, basketball. Where is the rest of the sports?
Love the amount of hockey content in this one!
2:12 that right foot pivot goes crazy
Lester tossing the glove to first is a fave. Missed one: Jags' game winner against Houston 2010
How did I watch 25 minutes of this and not see one play of Barry Sanders, some of the best reflexes ever in the NFL.
@Hutch McGehee Sure I don't. Give me a logical explanation why I'm wrong then.
You're NOT wrong. The man could stop AND start on a dime, & frequently made all-time moves just to get back to the line of scrimmage because his o-lines were usually so bad.
6:53 harrison was out of the baseline and it’s not even close one of the worst calls in MLB history
he was sprawled in the grass which is clearly not the baseline
then you should probably research what the baseline is and come back to see how cold your take is
@@jrod2510 LOL 3ft to left or right of tag line. 3ft=1yd. He went about 8ft over. Outside the baseline!
@@tmorris9330 You should probably reacquaint yourself with units of measurement as I'm guessing you have the same issue with measuring in inches as well if you think he was "8 ft outside the (6 foot area) he has to work with
It's okay buddy you just don't know how to admit when you are wrong. There are lots of people like you in the world.
Reflexes? Cool! Sport reflexes? I sleep. SNORE!
my dude was dancing his way to get the basket in the hoop
Back in my softball league days, my friend Bill was pitching. I got ahold of one and it was probably going to be a home run, but as it went right over Bill's head, he snagged it out of the air. Onlookers said it was like he pitched then immediately reached up and snatched it out of the air above his head in one continuous movement...lol. Unfortunately, it also had so much velocity behind it that the ball broke his ring finger inside the glove.
If you watch hockey you know this whole list could just be goalies
There is not a more beautiful sound then the "PING" of ringing the pipes in hockey!
Oh yes there is, the THWACK of a baseball hammered by the sweet spot of a barrel
2:30 thats some insane reflexes
no, just shitty CGI
Those crazy hockey reflex goals looks a lot like a normal assist
3:04 this is the reason I’m a bengals fan! This is the first ever football game I watched and the first play by them I saw
That krusty the klown laugh from the commentator on Datsyuks deke always makes me laugh
God loves you and made you for a reason
0:45 "into the Hoghlight Reel, that one!" welp
Great moments
When I was a pitcher the ball was hit right at me only once and I was fortunate enough to catch it, I had a friend who wasn't so lucky, all summer long my bro had a scar that matched the stitches of the ball lol looked like he had a half of a mustache
Dude in the first clip gotta be a playable character in the next Devil May Cry
You wanna talk about reflexive moments? Every baseball pitcher who caught a line drive belongs on the top of this list
I don't like hockey, but I sure enjoyed these clips!
I know soccer is not popular in America. But they have amazing reflexes!
These are some amazing clips. What would've made them even better Is the name of the amazing player who made the highlight have his name in the corner of the screen. Great Great stuff.
2:49 man got juked in hickey lol
Kerryon Johnson had ALL the potential to be our next franchise RB and one of the best in the NFL, he was awesome. But he was plagued with injuries. I also believe he kind of got used up in college. He was Auburn's workhorse... loved to watch him play. Such a bummer
Anybody else see the ref body that player on the sideline at 11:46 ? 😂
That's the ice hockey version of the ankle breaker.
Hmmmm I'm sure you all know that evan longoria clip was a commercial right??? Lol
These pitchers seem so defeated after the reaction catches. Like “damn that was cool but I just shaved 5 years off my life from that stress”
Saving the reporter from getting knocked out was awesome
so you like bad CGI?
The only one missing is Marshall Faulks run against the Browns in 1999. Came to a COMPLETE STOP and was back to full speed in 3 yards. Still have never seen anything like it in my life.
Or the Favre to Freeman in OT against the Vikings on MNF, dubbed the "Improbable Bobble."
For the red vs pirates baseball play at first, I think the runner might actually have been out when he slides there’s a second his hand is off the bag as he transfers to his foot and the first baseman has the ball on the bag. I just don’t know if they count a slide into first as running through the bag or not
2:33 my man learned the ways of the force
11:47 the ref tackles that player on the sideline 😂
Good reply videos!
This is nice..but I can't believe there are no highlights of Barry Sanders and Michael Vick
Martavis Bryant... I was so pissed about how his career went but seeing the Raiders bust with Henry Ruggs, Damon Arnette, Lynn Bowden, and Alex Leatherwood makes it a lot better.
Its crazy how at 1 point or another the chiefs had Jamaal Charles dexter mccluster deanthony Thomas and tyreek hill I guess this was what the raiders was trying to do Pitchers catching comebacks will never get old
Hmm, I see you don’t believe in punctuation (apostrophes, commas, and periods). Got it.
@@stuartsiglain3972 It's a comment on a KZhead video. If this was school writing assignment, it would be a different story. Regardless of my obvious run on sentences, you understood the point. Thank you though.
At least the Raiders had Darrius Haywood-Bey & Fabian Washington. And Bo Jackson in the 80s for a minute...that one was real. Up above were busts, just like DeAnthony Thomas & McClure were mostly busts.
3:24 turning point LOL
