This day was a long time in the making, and a real dream come true. My competition team now has a Humphrey's Battle Box in our arsenal! (This pick-up was in March 2019.) My team, Grand Smoke Railroad, was about to prepare for Memphis in May 2019, and we really wanted to compete on a HUMP. Owners Nicole and Chad Humphrey are extreme BBQ fanatics and winning competitors as well. Meaning, they know their shit! The entire Humphrey's team is EXTREMELY knowledgable about their products and how to effectively use them in any scenario or cook.
This video also gives you a sneak peek into their new showroom, which is always stuffed w tons of great BBQ signs, rubs, sauces, accessories, and yes BIG SMOKERS! These cookers are great for weekend warriors all the way to competition bbq contests. Most people never own just one!!

@@MA-yl6kr Yessir. About to hit 1 year of ownership in a month or so. Check out "Berryhill BBQ" for my reviews & cooks on it. Channel is small now but growing. Cannot rave enough about my Humphrey's Battle Box. My only regret is that I didn't order some amazing color choice they're offering now. Cherry red, electric purple, hunter green, etc. I ended up with a gunmetal grey basic Battle Box. It's stupid good at what it does and I cannot recommend it enough. Depending on your situation you may want to go larger, but I wouldn't fret on quality of product if you're choosing Humphrey's. It's going to be good no matter what you pick. Honestly I proabably would have been just as happy with a Long Weekender had i gone with it. Just found out recently they have a 'holiday' weekender that's even bigger making choices more confusing. Good luck if you go with them because the choice is going to be hard. You're going to love the product regardless. Nicole was super helpful in answering questions no matter how inane.
Hey Bro! Enjoyed the Vid! That was cool to see the Humphrey facility and all their Pits on display. I'm in cold Pittsburgh and I wanted a Pit to up my game for Cold weather smoking.......So why not get a Pit manufactured in a Cold weather state! They know...right! Got me the Weekender this fall and I couldn't be happier with it's construction and it's total efficiency when it comes to fuel consumption in the cold weather. 👍👍🤘

OoWeee, that thing is "Smokin" (NPI). I have recently begun seeing the advantages of chest type smokers with the roll out grates. They hold a lot of meat and so easy to get to and manage IMO. Love everything about this one. Perfect fit n finish. Their stuff is quality. Can't wait to see you cook on it.
