Вот он, этот человек! Прямые руки за которыми мы пересобираем....то стопорное кольцо на палец не поставим, то маслоканал стружкой забьем, лапку КПП перетянем... отдельное спасибо за "подсолнечное" масло для двигателя :-)))

- Подшипники на ура в картер залетают, одним нажатием ладошки, а потом этот подшипник будет гонять по картеру а не по валу ,ухаха....

Talking about Product Planning Controlling, how many assembling machines do with one labour ? If we need to assembling it with days target, we must make measurement, for exp, one machine needs 20 minutes assemblinh, if we have order 200 machines, then 20 min x 200 = 4000 minutes: 60 minutes = 66, 7 hours. Working time 7 hour. 66.7 hours : 7 = 10 days will finish. If producers ask for 5 days, we adds labours to reach days target. Btw...great job ....

After years of working on the same engine for every single day you can remember every single piece of it. Disassembly it for the first time and you will need months to figure it out.

...and so the internal combustion engine degenerates into a consumer good in the range of a T-shirt or a Frape-Quirl... not that such a derivative of the legendary Honda single-cylinder would ever have been particularly innovative or attractive... but somehow it hurts my heart a little , when you see how carelessly and at times brutally and without any deeper expertise such a thing is put together.

- The engine is reliable, its spare parts are cheap and available almost all accross the country, it gives great mileage in this time of high petrol prices. Speed is decent for our roads and its maintenance is also cheap and mechanics are also available almost all over the country.

Yes the engine is a copy of the Honda C70 of the 1960's..the less common of the 50cc / 70cc a/ 90cc range...I hardly saw a C70 in my youth..I owned a C50 as my first bike in the 70's..and in the 2000's owned 2 C90's..haven't seen a C70 for decades now....these Honda engine copies have different names depending on the factory and country...Impress or Galaxy..I think there's other names too..I wish I could afford one of these budget bikes in Britain..they're cheap in Asia like everything else but nearly 10 x the price to buy here..I believe I've even seen these bikes with the Honda name brand listed for sale..if only I wasn't a poor Englishman..my old Honda ANF125 needs a refurbish..a second bike 70cc would be ideal..great seeing these engines go together..made to look easy..
