Ingredients:
600g potatoes
200g semolina flour(all purpose flour can be substitution, add more flour if you feel it's difficult to shape the dough)
1/2 tsp salt
Instructions:
1. steam potatoes then peel it.
2. mush the potatoes and add flour and salt. knead a little bit.
3. cut the dough into small pieces and shape them with gnocchi board.
4. boil for 1 - 2 minutes.

「材料」
じゃがいも 600g
セモリナ粉 200g(生地がまとめづらい場合は足してください。薄力粉、中力粉、強力粉でも作ることはできますが食感が変わります。)
塩 小さじ1/2
「作り方」
1、ジャガイモを茹でて皮をむきます。
2、ジャガイモをすりつぶし、セモリナ粉と塩を加え少し捏ねます。
3、生地を小分けにして一つずつ、ニョッキボードなどで成形します。
4、茹で時間は1〜2分ほどです。

This is a really fantastic video. Most recipes for potato gnocchi call for one or more egg yolks. In her book “The classic Italian cook book” Marcella Hazan says that she finds that the eggless version (The version demonstrated in this video) produces finer gnocchi. Eggs may make them easier to handle, but they also make them tough and rubbery. Eggless gnocchi are light, fluffy, and less filling. Also, the pillow-shaped dumplings and their signature ridges are not just "a capricious decorative exercise". It serves to thin out the middle section of the dumpling so that it will cook more evenly. The indentations also help savory sauces cling to the gnocchi's exterior. (Gnocchi can be seasoned with almost any sauce). If you don’t have a Gnocchi Roller you can use a fork with long, rounded, slim prongs. Marcella says to place a dumpling on the inside curve of the fork just below the points of the prongs and press it against the prongs with the tip of the index finger.

Thank you for always doing a music free option, I really enjoy just the sounds of the kitchen in these videos. I will say, I am always amazed at how clean your workstation is. When I've made gnocchi, I make a mess like you wouldn't believe!!! :D I like your videos, although they are rather high in carbs for me (I can eat everything you make, but some of the things I'd be able to have so little, it's not worth it) , but I always watch for lower carb items. I just made these today and they turned out amazing!! Thanks a lot for the video recipe. I used to prepare gnocchis with an egg or two, but won't ever again hehehe The ratio in this video, a third in weight for flour/potato, worked really great, I made 800g potato with 266g flour. They cooked perfectly in water for only like 2 or 3 mins
