Alux.com though im not a big fan of coffee .... Thanks for the knowledge anyway. I 99.99% of the times prefer tea
It seems like the most expensive or exclusive things to eat or drink comes from animal or insect excrements , coffee cheese.
Without a coffee in a single day, we are all not gonna be more eager to work harder and smarter I think.
What about "the top 10 professions to choose for money"
Dear Alux.com , we would love to see a video about, SERGEY BRIN, the founder of Google
I recently tried a Mexican coffee from a small farm that also grows cocoa by vanilla beans and some sort of flower. Well it was easily the best coffee I’ve ever had!! A lot of these expensive coffees taste a bit too much like tea or too watered down for my taste and lose the smooth coffee taste that I like. This Mexican coffee had a bit of that fruitiness as well but also a traditional coffee taste that was just delicious! I think small farms all over the world might be producing even better coffees than these on the list but don’t have the money to advertise or to enter them into fancy contest, so people who buy from fair trade co ops end up enjoying the little gems.
What was this brand/farm called?
Had a similar experience on a a farm years ago when I was a kid on a field trip had the best hot maple syrup I’ve ever tasted I was like 7-8 at the time they said “everyone dip two fingers in once and lick them” and I couldn’t believe what I tasted and I still remember the taste to this day and I’m 22 lmao couldn’t tell you the farm name either but somewhere up here in Michigan lmao
it's so wonderful to listen to a video with loud, clear audible sound! Many thanks!
If Ethiopia was not invited coffee you guys can ever known what coffee was. ⛔️The name coffee came from the place called kefa (south east Ethiopia) So when ever u drink coffee just remember Ethiopia!
The most expensive coffee, addicted people here is your excuse to grab another cup of coffee 😂😂😂
I have tried many coffees in the US and I have tried many coffee traveling to Central, South America and Africa and all those coffee are really bitter and apparently it is because of the type of coffee they have and specially because of the process of getting the final dry coffee bean. The only coffee that was perfect in flavor, smell, bold, rich and not bitter was the Colombian Coffee and I learned why. Colombian coffee has a very precise process where they use clean water, they pick only the best red coffee beans , and most of the coffee plants are Arabica coffee plans. Really the best coffee.( I am not Colombian. Colombia really specialize in producing the best coffee)
I LOVE ELEPHANTS and So does my wife but...Elephant Shit Coffee is NEVER gonna touch my lips LMAO !!
Thats what everyone sais then u end up like Leonardo in basketball diaries...........
yaay, Jamaican Blue Mountain!
*Starbucks left the chat*
Starbucks funded Rwandan coffee.
The first coffee they talked about this literally Starbucks...
@@menghuyliv45 Yeah, if you know just a little bit of marketing psychology, you'll recognize this as a Starbucks commercial ala its "first mention". Most viewers will recall it as on the list, available, and most affordable, but no better OR affordable than ANY small farm coffee.
The Jamaica Blue Mountains. What picturing view of the Blue Mountains Ridge with those wonderful saddles near the lush green flowering mountains of Catherine's Peak. Wonderful...🇬🇭🇯🇲
I heard that coffee is over priced and not worth it. Have you tried it before? I am curious
@@Danjacytes Blue Mountain Coffee is the best tasting coffee in the world, due to the rarity of the bean and the region that the coffee is grown. The coffee is grown between 2,000 to 5,500 feet above sea level on volcanic soil, with adequate run off for rain water. The cloud cover of the Blue Mountains cannot be duplicated, because it prolonged the ripening period for the coffee to 9 months. So the Blue Mountain coffee is the only one that reach its full maturity, hence its sweet, with fruitie, chocolate, cinnamon aroma. Every other coffee on earth reach its ripening period in three months. So let that sink in...🤔
@@Danjacytes You're the first to say that
Hello Alux. Most expensive coffee in the world is Elida Geisha Green Tip Natural produced by the Lamastus family in Boquete, Republic of Panama, during The Best of Panama 2018 (July 20) sold at auction at US$ 803 per pound. Thanks for all of your wonderfull videos.
morep2000 actually the most expensive coffee was sold last year in the 90 Plus Panama coffee auction, it was lot 227 it sold for $2,273 USD a pound
JAMAICA 🇯🇲🙏
Jamaica Jamaica!
Coffee fanatic here. Coffee is life.
Yes!
Most expensive coffe is Koffe with Karan ,it costs a carrer of criceters 😂😂😂
Omg best comment ever 🙌
Gaira di te coffee te bhi doubt kariye Mitra da zehar bhi kabool goriye
It isn’t always the price of the bean but how much enjoyment you get out of tweaking your coffee. I can vary the extraction by the grind and with Kalita Wave slow or speed it up with my pour.
I've had 5 from this list. Not sure if I could find the other 5 unless I'm at the source.
Only discovered how brilliant Coffee is about a year ago and use a French press and grind the beans. Really enjoying the experience. My first experience with Coffee was at Starbucks and that was awful.......Many years later! tried coffee again and enjoyed the experience. Right now having a French Pressed Java medium roast, I ground fine the beans, intense and nutty flavor with no noticeable acidity........coffee is amazing, and nature is amazing. Wonder how people first learned to prepare this amazing gift of nature. Surely I will research how.
As Indonesian myself, we knew real Kopi Luwak vs Farmed Kopi Luwak, because farmed ones only cost about $2 per-cup or like 10 bucks per pound, it just as cheap as other coffee. True Kopi Luwak came from wild civet cat and it so expensive and it must be certified from Indonesian Standardization Organization, if you see a Kopi Luwak that only cost few cents more than regular coffee, it must be a farmed or fake.
Kopi nikmat, nyaman diminum.......... Wkwkwkwk
Good advice and very true. This happens with many other rare/expensive coffees. Same thing happens with "Jamaican Blue Mountain" coffee.. Jamaica only produces 5 million pounds per year. 80% of the Jamaican production goes straight to Japan! That leaves only 1 million pounds for the rest of the world. And yet, about 125 million pounds per year are sold throughout the world (outside of Japan) as "Jamaican Blue Mountain" coffee which means that 124 million pounds of the 125 million is counterfeit. To a certain degree it's actually funny because I've seen people purchase and try some counterfeit Jamaica Blue Mountain coffee and they thought it was so delicious and the best coffee they had ever had, and in reality they were drinking a cheap counterfeit, low quality bean.
@@JA-rn5qv Yeah that's so true in this world full of fraud and scam. Better buying regular but certified coffee such as Fair Trade and Direct Trade. They tend to produce awesome tasting coffee. Most of the rare coffee sold are scam, especially in my country Indonesia for Kopi Luwak. A certified Q-Grader told me that.
True bro, haha
Informative video but there are some weird Coffee types 😀😀 Thanks Alux.com.
Alux serving loads on value and knowledge!
I love coffee ☕️ it’s one of my top 5 favorite beverages
Having a cup of coffee means I will be running around like crazy, speak super fast and basically be all over the place. So, I only drink it when I have to stay awake all night long. Or if it is a specialty like the ones here 🙂
I does the same thing to me, but I drink it all day bc I love the taste and maki g it
Fun fact: If the coffee is literally shit, its considered to be expensive
Same goes for me. I rarely drink the stuff now
Guatemala coffee is the best !
I tried most of the first ones 🙂 I must say you can find cheaper and better beans . With that being said... What I tried was pretty good
Tom Gwerzman help a mate with a cheaper and better one😇

My favorite two coffees in the world are Ethiopian Mocha Harrar and Dark Roasted Congolese. Both of these coffees can be purchased for 13 - 15 dollars per pound anywhere.
Mocha is the Yemeni coffee not Ethiopian.
@@fursaty6553 I am no coffee expert but the retailers I purchased from clearly labeled their Mocha Harrar as Ethiopian, not Yemeni. Oh well.
@@fursaty6553 The retailer I purchased from clearly labeled their Mocha Harrar as Ethiopian and not Yemeni. Oh well.

11:51 the guy on the right looks like Robert from Everybody Loves Raymond
Where can I buy this coffee? Especially number 9.
nothing can beat my bru gold.
Not a coffee guy, but good to know. What about things I love, like "most expensive (handmade, if possible) furniture", "most expensive cocoa" , "most expensive hand tools", "most expensive fabrics" or "most expensive doll houses" ? Thanks for sharing !
How in the world did you miss out on Kona Coffee??? So many great and expensive coffees from there.

Great Video Alux! I am a true coffee drinker..but who’s idea was it to originally take coffee beans from “escriment” ( poop) and roast it? 🤔🤦♂️😆
A cafine addicted poor man who couldn't afford coffee
Must try... coffee flores..💪💪💪👌👌👌
We Indians love tea much more than the best coffee's!!!!! So there will be not much problem for us even if suspension of coffee happens.......
We not Indians love other countries much more than shitty India!!!!! So there will be not much problem for us even if a nuke on India happens.......
See what I did their?
Seriously how do you know the coffee is from the Poop of the elephant, or they just add in elephant poop to your coffee?
Zipfuzz sales would sky rocket!
If Coffee is suspended, we'll have Green tea.
5th comment, thank you alux! Keep inspiring!
8:08 merasa senang saya ada kopi indo wkwk
🇾🇪 The Mocha Yemeni coffee is the best and the most delicious and highest expensive on the world 🌎.

*Childhood Coffee Chronicles: THE BEST PART OF WAKING UP IS FOLDERS IN YOUR CUP!!!* 😂😂😂
Am I the only person whose mouth is watering watching this video?
Kirain kopi Luwak gk masuk list..
what about jamaica blue mountain coffee ?

luwak coffee very famous in indonesia
What would happen to the world if all the coffee would be suspended for a week... There is appropriate movie title to describe what would happen then - Apocalypse Now 💀☠💀
Coffee "Casi Cielo" = (Almost Heaven) from Guatemla is really delicious.
It varies quite a bit in taste from year to year. The 2018 production was pretty good. 2017 was not very good. It's also nicknamed "Casi Infierno" because how lousy it can be at times.
I love her Spanish accent every time she speaks the Latin American brands
She pronounces horrible.
Love to watch you sip a cup of; you guessed it the most expensive cup listed #1
What's the music ?
Elida Geisha Coffee from Boquete Panamá (which I tasted): 1,029$ per pound + 110$ per cup Alux.com: Yeah Black Ivory is the MOST EXPENSIVE coffee in the ENTIRE world.
Sleep deprived? If they don't have coffee
Her Spanish needs work lol, but the content was awesome thanks
Real coffee for real people with excellent taste, Guatemala coffee 100%. I'll stay away from weird coffee extraction.
I thought it will be kupi luwak
Café de Honduras! The best of the Americas
No...is Brasil
I like coffee so much thanks for this video Alux.com
someones probally drinking coffee while watching this video
Me lol
And this is making me want to go in the house and make more coffee
I am lol
Guatemala is the king in coffee
Honduras coffee 👍
… this is what I want to try, where to get locally in the U.S. as it is always Arabic (stronger) or Columbian mix to even Peruvian used to make “super coffee” which is “messed with allot with additives, hmm, why thus think it is overrated, although super coffee has ZERO bitterness as I am drinking it right now but worried on amount I can drink as unsure if the Caffeine is also added, like ALL NATURAL with coffee and MOST THINGS... - ZERO acidic is good, but I like a touch of that bitterness and STRONG which a good coffee grower should have at least two if not more to choose from as in STRONG and LIGHT!? R.i.P. Lisa Left Eye López BTW: Anyone ever get whole beans and make coffee themselves from that, is it really that big of a difference as in with the same coffee's? … seems like they are really pushing the Jamaican blue mountain I want to try the “BEST” and / or most iconic Honduras coffee I can get as it just seems like the right climate and environment, also beautiful and close enough to my mainland of AMERICA… :)
wait isn’t coffee just water and ground up beans
If you mean instant coffee, yes that's true. Otherwise, it's a commodity
If you know just a little bit of marketing psychology, you'll recognize this as a Starbucks commercial ala its "first mention". Most viewers will recall it as on the list, most available, and most affordable, but not as good OR affordable as ANY small farm coffee.
👍Let's grow and learn together!
You forgot about the Kona coffee...from Hawaii...!
Best coffee in the worl are from Colombia
Carlos Lopez naaa... middle east
Jamaica Blue Mountain Coffee ☕
No coffee for a week? Uh... do you plan on banning breathing for a week?
please put in the SI conterpart which is gram or kg if you decides to use ENGLISH measurement cause the rest of the world is not backwards like the US. thanks
60 dollars for a cup of coffee made up of Elephant shit ?..wow,i still would like to taste it though, sounds Delicious lol
Come and visit Thailand. I lived near elephant world hahaha
Rwandan 🇷🇼 coffee for Sure!
So basically to become the world’s most luxurious coffee you need to have coffee beans pooped out from a animal... no thanks lol
What a coincidence, the world's most "expensive" coffee only grows in the world's most "impoverish" areas!
How about Ethiopian coffees? Starbucks using one of ethiopian???
Philanthropy??? Please. Don't make me cry
Guji. Ethiopia has the smallest coffee bean in the world ...
Also low key disappointed that no Brazilian coffee made the list.
Did you not actually watch the video? #7 Fazenda Santa Inez from Brazil. Sounds like you need a cup of coffee to help your attention span lol.
Brazillian was the #9, wasn't it? The true essence of the flavor of coffee depends upon the quality of the beans, the roast and even how it's brewed. I have 7 canisters lined up on the counter and chose one of the Award Winning coffees to savor each morning! I get them here www.SmokyMountainFreshRoast.com
#4. The movie "The Bucket List"
So I'm guessing 🐘 is appearing up on here 😅😂.
The best and most famous one in india is bru gold and nescafe
Price of coffee cannot be the only measure of quality as you are trying to impose. Quality/price ratio is an important factor for my choices. There are not any Ethiopian and African Coffee in your list because they sell for fair prices and have a very high quality/ price ratio. Whoever prefers to pay tenfold bucks for promoted products that are not superior are welcome to spend.
Ninety Plus Geisha Jose Alfredo Lot 227 sold for over $5k a pound......
Elvis Palinang its was $5k a kg
I wonder if Starbucks coffee can become this expensive one day.
I made my list.
What about Arebica coffee
