If a big team comes in for a player ask for 50% sell on clause, when you can sell the clause you should, bc they’re a big club their value will be high.
Yeah I always do this, you can get a free loan for 2 years and 50% next sale and they nearly always accept. Definitely worth it when you could cash the clause out for 5/10m easily…
Im doing a San Marino save myself with Tre Penne, and I am in 2040, reaching my first CL final with some luck (I did lose though..). However, it took me 15 seasons to get a TV deal worth 20mill a season, making the other teams in the league professional, so they can finally compete in Europe. Good luck Tom, I hope you can achieve big things sooner than I did😂

"Polaco" is portuguese slang for Polish. Like "Polack", its even pronounced similarily, but its not considered derogatory.
At least in Portugal, Polaco *is* the word for Polish.
In high school, I had a teacher that introduced himself as "Teacher Polaco" because that was his nickname😅. And in Brazil at least, "Polonês" is the most common word for Polish

Had the same issue with facilities when doing a Belgian save it seemed to go away when my rep was around 3-4 stars

In fm23 i did almost the same, in 4/5 seasons i get to europa league semi final and was already for almost 3 seasons straight without a loss in the league😂😂

Sadly in FM players hardly ever play for a nation that low in the ranking if they have a choice of someone much higher like italy or Brazil I did a save as Fiji national manager and had Fijian players refuse call ups because they was part Australian despite not being anywhere near good enough for Australia
