    • @@markbalogh9655 hey, I didn't use his techniques for Covid itself, but to manage the toxic stress my body was under during lockdown. I used his breathing techniques to help my body to stop spewing out all of the negative hormones associated with stress. Sorry to hear you're still suffering from covid. Maybe try the breathing techniques to see how it makes you feel?

    • I think wim is a pretty genuine guy but him rambling on about his scientific stuff is mostly just trying to sound fancy. I do think he genuinely believes in what he says and I respect him for what he does but he is a little crazy. I don't think that's bad though, he's helped hundreds - if not thousands of people with his stuff.

    • @@travv88 That's what i do :) I suggest(if you have room in freezer) just use your ice tray, get 1 or 2 large ziplock bags, over the course of the day toss the ice cubes into the bag and refill the tray with water. That way you don't need to go out and buy bags of ice, and you can reuse the ziplock bags. Works fairly well. Before you get in the bathtub though, I suggest stirring the water around while the ice is in it. It helps get the water colder.
