I've been saying for a while that Alibi should get a buff so her clones have the same weapon and customization as the player
it would be a buff but only a slight one, her gadget is mostly used for traffic control and like taking avantage of pre fires and common drone spots.
It's literally impossible since how her clones are programmed

@@raven75257 Yeah, but can't they just make Alibi use the player model too then, with a filter applied to it to desaturate the textures and add the reflection to the goggles? It would probably mean reworking from scratch though, so I understand why they wouldn't put time into doing that either.

This is one of those times where you realize you could probably do this whole series again with all the constant changes they do to ops “How to Play maestro in 2020”
Don’t try to be a decoy. Make the attackers have to shoot them or go through them so it slows them down and reveals their location.
But it's _fun._
An annoying thing I come across is putting them in a window. That way when someone jumps in with or drone or themselves it tags their location.

Oof. The days when the Twitch drone had 15 tases, I miss it so much. They took one of the most fun attackers & made her gadjet pretty meh. Still think it should be more like 10.
Lance Atwell Same man, I used to main twitch because I loved annoying enemies with her gadget. I was very upset when they reduced her shot count to 5 :( . I don't really play her anymore since the Nerf.

moar strats for alibi include setting a clone on a window next to a balcony or inside E.G. kitchen in kafe and then using the wall for cover, pop up to bait an enemy to spray at you and accidentally hit the clone (popping up behind it forces their hand, either shoot through the clone to shoot you or stay unpinged but don't hit you), then use your new intel for a wallbang or flank if the opportunity arises.

I actually play maestro for his gun and alibi for the gadget. It’s so easy to clutch with her if you just hold on to one decoy and stick close to sight.

Alibi tip: If they trigger the decoy then stand on it once they leave it. Can trick attackers easily as many think it is still the clone. AA12 tip: Break the walls on hostage and have the french with their acogs ready. Maestro Tip: If you get front of plane then put one camera on wall opposite entrance, the other cam looking down the corridor to also see stairs and the other door and lay by window where the couch is.

They should add a feature to Alibi where the prisma reflects the position you were in when you threw it so if you threw it crouched, prone, standing, or leaning the prisma would be in that position and would make the gadget more effective at deceiving attackers.

While playing as Alibi if I'm encountered and retreat ill throw a decoy along the way so when I'm followed i can sit and hit my stalking opponent. Its pretty clutch.
Playing in a group of friends with a Doc and Rook spawnpeeker combo, I just go Maestro so there can be triple ACOGs sniping people across the map. Other than that, all the weird spawnpeek spots I use makes it a safe place to just open up my cams and harass people while being across the map / three stories above.
An operator video that I think would be kinda interesting would be IQ being the fact that she just got a nerf and it would help new players understand the NEW way to run her.

yo can anyone explain why i see a lot of pro players use the forward grip on guns that also have the angled available? for instance thermite's AR has virtually no vertical recoil yet i don't think i've seen a single angled in use in PL

Playing psychological warfare with your opponent as Alibi is a lot of fun but at the same time it’s not the best way to utilize her gadget. Putting her holograms on windows or doorways with a shield in front is THE best possible way of utilizing her gadget to the fullest. I like to use it as a entry denial sort of gadget since if they vault through the window they get pinged making that person a easy kill, if they destroyed it they most likely wasted their utility either way is a win for u
I don't mind using skins as alibi because I just place 2 prismas at point and go and Rome around about. I use the other prisma to distract enemies and make them panic fire.

Even though I don’t have Maestro yet, I absolutely love Alibi. There’s just all sorts of imaginative ways to fool your enemies, and ping them for your teammates. She’s a great operator to use against both aggressive and cautious players.

0:48 actually the Evil Eye is related to Italians. Evil Eye is a superstition from Italy called Mallochio, which is a curse cast upon people who are jealous or envious. "malo" translates to bad and "occhio" means eye and when put together it means bad eye or evil eye. So no its not unrelated to Italian stereotypes cause it's a superstition.

I have Alibi to be tremendously versatile. I can anchor, roam, drift a little out from the objective. I can run out, conceal it with a prisma. Using the Bailiff to blow out a hatch in the objective can mean a chance to outflank a flank or being overrun. Her lack of customization options sucks and makes her other primary useless unless the enemy has a really keen eye. Maestro requires a good team to back you up and his biggest weaknesses are his movement speed(he really needs to be an anchor), slow reload on the LMG, and getting his evil eye hacked(did that and it saved a match). I would say get a good handle on teamwork before buying these folks, unless you have the Year 3 Pass.

Maestro with the Shotgun and the Keratos. Place reinforcements and cameras, then run far from objective and hide. The Keratos is your new primary weapon and the shotgun is purely utility. Good luck have fun.
On the sidearms, he should have said, the bailiff fires peas and the Keratos fires freight trains
