Do you have any experience about old Lexus Hybrid RX450h?
@@Piney_Woods_ForestSorry for piggybacking a question to yours, I have a 2020 Rx450h and the dealer charged me over $800.00 to service the hybrid battery ( maintenance requirement for 30k miles) will it really cost that much? I did ask the question to the Service Advisor and the answer is “due to the location of the batteries” Does it really? Hopefully when TCCN see your question he can answer mine too. Thank you.

I am a retired auto tech off 40 years experience retired for 7 years. Had my own shop for 40 years runny 6 bays 4 techs and always one apprentice. Have trained many very good technicians over the years a long with some ladies. I served my apprenticeship in NZ it was a 5 year apprenticeship. Then came canada and worked in small shops and a Ford dealership. I love your show and your stranded of work.

I stumbled on your videos over a couple of years ago. I love them. Real honest and complete. My wife wanted to buy another Lexus RX 300 last year, and she bought a Lexus RX350H all-wheel drive due to your videos. She sold a Lexus RX 350 with 167000 miles on it. Never had any real problems. Just a couple of parts in the undercarriage were replaced due to rust living by the ocean in California. It is a great car. Going to put some real mileage on this year traveling. I started watching your channel as our son lives in Chicago (we are in North East Ohio). We got him a used IS250 going a 10 years ago. He still has it. It has been a great car and he is one not to baby things. I have to say that car has impressed me in many ways. I wonder if they still build them that good!?!?
