Synopsis -
Nadiya Ke Paar 1982 is a love story, the story revolves around the lead character Chandan (Sachin Pilgaonkar) and his love for a girl named Gunja (Sadhana Singh).Nadiya Ke Paar movie opens with a farmer who has two nephews and when he falls ill is treated by an Ayurvedic practitioner. When he recovers and it's time for him to pay the vaidya's fee, he puts forward a proposal of getting his eldest daughter, Roopa getting married to the eldest nephew, Omkar. The marriage takes place and Omkar and Roopa live a blissful life.Roopa's married life is blessed with a baby and during her pregnancy she calls her younger sister Gunja to stay with them. Gunja eventually falls in love with Chandan, Omkar's younger brother and Roopa assures them of getting married to each other when she learns of their love affair. But the untimely death of Roopa in an accident creates a barrier in their relation when as per the orthodox community the husband should get married to his wife's sister. Nadiya Ke Paar Hindi movie has worthwhile performances by all the actors including Sachin and Sadhana as the lead pair. The innocence and raw rural culture is well depicted in this movie. Will Chandan end up sacrificing his love for the sake of his brother?
