On the sixteenth episode of Let's Play Alien VS Predator 2, the Captain of the
cargo vessel Aurora is told to deliver a special case after delivering supplies to the Primary Operations Complex on LV-1201. However, the case is poorly sealed and when the Captain is called away, it tips over to reveal the Ovomorph within, which releases its Facehugger. As a Facehugger, our mission is to find a host to implant without being noticed. We creep through the halls and vents of the facility, until we find a guard passed out in a chair in his room. With no one around, we pounce him, and awaken shortly after as a Chestburster that's ready to leave the fleshy nest. In this stage we're especially vulnerable, as we're unable to even climb. Slinking around the outside areas of the complex, we eventually find our way to the animal holding area, and gorge ourselves on a cat. Molting into an adult Drone, we're now ready to slaughter our way through the POC until we can find a way to escape and return to the Hive to serve our Queen.

I can't believe I forgot how gruesome the chestburster 'birth' was in this game. I think this game was the one time where we see things from the creature's POV inside it's host. It was really clever having the player chew their way out.
Man this whole thing has been fun to binge. Hopefully the next episode is out soon
My memory of the controls are a bit fuzzy, but I recall the vision mode for the Alien was V.
IIRC you needed to fully charge the tail attack for it to do good stuff.
I want a remake of this!🥺
I love this keep it up man
Wish they remastered or remake this game
I distinctly remember you having a black and white vision mode in the first impressions. Maybe you should go watch back to see if it tells you? Also that pounce is crazy.
Use the v key Shade! Let's go!
I can't help but imagine the Facehugger pulling a pair of reading glasses and instructions printed on paper out of hammerspace and reviewing its objectives whenever you stop to check.
How does the facehugger see? Edit: Once again, you & I think the same. 17:28
Possibly pheromones
Bro they switched the avp 3D mode and made it low quality :(
Name of the game?
I loved this game, it was awesome, the sequel was great too, too bad they took the skirmish mode out of the newest version that was fun. But I do remember this game very well. I bet it runs lightning quick on your setup, as old as this game is, I'm surprised it will run at all on a modern computer with windows 10. Did you by any chance play the old game, "Aliens A Comic Book Adventure by Mindscape I think it was, correct me if I'm wrong. That game was scary I never completed it because of a memory leak. Fox Interactive ended up suing the company after an agreement had been broken, and they got out of the gaming industry for the most part.
I did a First Impressions on A Comic Book Adventure before, and yeah, it was never actually licensed or approved by Fox when they started selling it.
@@Shadefyre343 Do you still have it in your library. I loved that game, I wish I could have played it through, but it was extremely hard as well. And scary.
T
V😂😂😂😂
The alien campaign is probably the second best after the marine one. The predator one just never really got more interesting and the constant reuse of the same predator sound effects was very annoying to listen to constantly
